The hotel was convenient to all the places we were interested in visiting. Would stay there again!

The property was centrally located ,which is great .The room and common areas were clean. The issue: the lobby smelled of sewage and chemicals. And i was told that it was due to the hotel being previously a garage which ran over a sewer. As the day got hotter the smell in the lobby got stronger.

Friendly staffs, clean environment.. best place to stay as its close to all happening streets

Thankfully, the staff moved us to a third room, which was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we expected. While I appreciate that they worked to resolve the situation, it was frustrating to have to switch rooms twice before getting one that was ready. Overall, the hotel has nice rooms, but the maintenance and housekeeping need improvement. I hope these issues are addressed because the hotel has the potential to provide a much better guest experience.

Fantastic time especially for solo traveling! Everyone was super nice and made me feel incredibly welcomed

The location and the style of the hotel. Loved the security of if and that you can’t just walk into the hotel at night or just get on an elevator. Front staff and valet was wonderful. The carpets weren’t very clean, bed wasn’t soft/comfy, pillows were ok, our shower was dirty and the beds had some stains on the comforters. There also was a bad sewer smell downstairs.

Beautiful historic property! Staff was very helpful & friendly. We loved the decor and art work!!

We arrived extremely early to the hotel and fully understood that our room may not be ready. The front desk was very friendly and accommodating. Offered to hold our luggage so we could explore the city. We returned shortly after breakfast and a room was ready. We had the Junior King Suite. Room was very spacious, enough room for a small buffet table. However, the room was not thoroughly cleaned. Food was left on the carpet, hair on the nightstand, etc. I did not report since I did request

Hotel was nice but our view was of a wall and breakfast is $20 a person.

Wonderful hotel with easy access to everything especially if you like to walk!

Clean room! great location.

I liked that it was in close proximity to everything. The decor was very artsy and very New Orleans! Front desk staff was also very nice! The beds were a little hard. The lobby had an odor and so did the bedroom. Valet was also very slow. On our check out date there was no valet on site. We had to get our own car. Which wasn’t a huge issue since we were in a rush to leave. The lady at the front desk made sure we were compensated. She was very sweet.

Enjoyed my stay

But then afterward, I realized I could just have called the front desk and requested to have it done. That's my only "negative" comment. For the rest, the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I would definitely go back there.
