My stay was for a work trip, and this location made it much more than work. It felt like vacation. The front desk staff were super helpful, check in was quick and easy. The room had a great view and was very clean. This location was in the heart of everything. I would recommend staying here for a quiet, relaxing time. I didn’t try the breakfast, but I did visit the bar in the hotel lobby a few times and the waitress was nice, engaging and remembered my order from the day before.

2nd year in a row we stayed at the Loews in New Orleans. Very convenient and excellent staff! Only thing is they charged me an EXTRA $54 for valet (which was VERY HIGH) and now I have to take time to call them and have them fix their mistake!

The property was convenient and very clean. Rooms were spacious and quiet. The only improvement needed is the bar staff were very slow and not well trained. Other than that we had a very enjoyable stay.

The staff was amazing. The hotel was beautiful great vibe, and I love the touch of having the pianist there in the evening with nice views.
