Great location! Came for the Ye concert at the Superdome and was able to walk there and back. The property was really nice and the room was spacious. Enjoyed my stay.

My room was beautiful and very spacious, with a great city view. It was comfortable, well maintained, and gave me plenty of room to relax and enjoy my stay. Housekeeping serviced my room daily and did a great job. Everything was cleaned and replenished each day, so I never had to call or request additional towels, toiletries, or anything else for the room. The pool and hot tub area was beautiful and relaxing. The sauna was unfortunately out of service during my stay, but that was really the only amenity I wasn’t able to enjoy. The breakfast buffet was great, and I also liked having a bar on-site with TVs. I especially appreciated the hotel’s security. A room key card is required to use the elevators to access the guest floors, which made me feel more comfortable traveling alone. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here again.

My room was upgraded, which was a nice surprise. It was very clean and comfortable. I really enjoyed the fruit infused water they put out every day in the lobby area. The location was perfect. It was super close to the conference we were attending and within walking distance of the French Quarter and other beautiful areas.

Location and customer service.

Travel with adult friends/family which included two handicap ♿️ persons. Everyone was professional and great wirh their rooms category. Locate was the best for my Casino people. Loved my large room, mini fridge, comfortable bed. I always stay at Lowes hotel when im in town. The $20 Uber voucher came in handy as well.

Room was good, staff was excellent. The only problem was the noise that came from the cleaning staff opening and closing the door of the room next to my room while I was napping. They opened and closed the door more than 20 times. My husband opened the door to see what was happening and it was the cleaning crew making all that noise. Other than that everything was clean and staff was helpful. Would definitely recommend
