And the FOOD! The breakfast menu had everything one could wish for and the buffet on Saturday was beautifully presented and had every breakfast item you could imagine. And because the awesome bar attendees told me the restaurant’s beignets were better than Cafe Dumond, I had them on the morning we left. Kiki and Hanna were right!! Hats off to the chef. I already want to go back to the Loews Hotel!

Everything was great, the customer service, location, amenities and comfortable beds. My only complaint is that the bathrooms were outdated and the shower water rarely got hot.

The hotel was lovely and the staff were excellent. We were celebrating our anniversary and they kindly upgraded our room and also sent bubbles and chocolate strawberries to our room. So kind and thoughtful! The room was comfortable, perfectly clean, great view, etc. The lobby was beautiful and the staff when you enter and at the front desk were very kind, welcoming and helpful. Overall a great experience and lovely hotel!

Our experience at the Loews NOLA was particularly impressive due to the beautiful, clean, spacious property. The breakfast was quite enjoyable, as were the amenities and every staff interaction was very pleasant. I highly recommend this property and look forward to visiting again!

I always stay here when in New Orleans. It’s close to everything. The staff are always bent helpful and the rooms are always clean. I love this hotel

Had appetizers at the bar. Food was good. Bar had no oranges for Blue Moon - Certainly not the end of the world, but because they were out - we drank water.
