Check in was at 4 pm our room was not ready until after 5 pm

In the past 6 weeks I’ve stayed at The Omni Royal, The Royal Sonesta and Harrah’s. Harrah’s was the most expensive and the only one I regret paying for. Valets- Rude. Front desk check in - Rude. Bellhops - Rude (with the exception of one sweet angel who was working the door late night). And I get it, they put up with a lot on any given day. But our rooms weren’t ready until 1 1/2 hours past check in time and that was treated as if it was our problem. Not even so much as an apology. Any question asked? You’re an idiot. Why would you think people who work there are paid to answer your questions? Rooms were immaculate though. Comfortable. View was gorgeous. If you’re ok being treated like an idiot for choosing their hotel I say go for it. You’ll sleep comfortably after being made to feel like a bother for booking with them.

Excellent personal service by all staff. Richard the floor manager and all I encountered. Decor is a bit dated. Comfortable bed and clean. No dining in the building was misrepresented. It’s across the street.

Places is a little difficult to get into and then it seemed like there was water damage, and some other issues going on with the property

When I booked I was under the impression we had a newly renovated room. Not the case. Stains all over the couch, mold in the shower, and the light on the magnifying mirror was not working. We put the Do not disturb on the first day as we did not need our room made and took it off for day 2 but no one serviced aour room.

We had a wonderful stay. From the lobby to the room, everything was absolutely perfect. Very clean. The staff are friendly, attentive and professional. I would definitely stay here again.

Not much other than rooms and casino

My room was very nice and clean. The staff was super nice and friendly. I like that the casino was right at my fingertips. I will be returning soon.

It took a long time for my call to be answered when i was looking for housekeeping to refill our body wash. It was only going to second day and the tube/bottle is empty! Call was transferred so many times and housekeeping extension never answered. It re eouted to front desk after a while
