Had a great overall stay. Tawana at the bar in the mornings was excellent. She anticipated our needs and made sure we were taken care of. The entire bar staff worked in overdrive to accommodate every customer with no real time delay. Great job. I will be returning there soon.. take care and thanks again

New Orleans, and this hotel, will forever hold a special place in my heart. Southern hospitality is REAL! Joy, Coco, and I’m so sorry but I didn’t catch her name… the beautiful, tall woman with a perfect red lip lol… were all just fabulous. I needed a place to stay with a pool, some room service, relaxation and this place delivered. Delicious food, kind staff, clean clean rooms, the complimentary desserts, the interior design attention to detail. So sad to leave. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
