Great for what we needed.

Room was clean and bar being attached with restaurant was a very nice perk. Beautiful rooms, nice and spacious. The only problem is there’s not a 24 hour front desk and so there was an issue that happened around four in the morning. nobody was there to address it so no 24 hour front desk is troubling. There was also a lot of people that needed to check out as well and no one was there to assist them. But other than that, it was definitely a 10 out of 10 experience.

The room: industrial vibe, creaky wooden floors, a window that lead to nowhere, shower head not cleans had some white scum, the iron board was dusty as heck and rusty, the phones didn’t work to contact front desk, the fridge with a key didn’t work either. I would’ve asked for a credit back but didn’t wanna deal with them.

Everything was great staff stay and all.

Everything in the room was just as advertised. We didn’t end up having breakfast there but we did have drinks at the restaurant downstairs a couple of times. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Definitely would stay again. Shoutout to Mignon at the front desk.

Ps. The roaches that are around this property are insane. I wouldn’t be surprised if they had some sort of infestation.

Best place to stay if you are at convention center. Great restaurant and rooms are awesome. Showers are odd with water going everywhere but otherwise, my 3rd time staying , love it

Great location, comfortable rooms, and charming decor. Nice restaurant, bar, and lobby. The beds are not the most comfortable, but good value and comfortable for a short work trip. I was visiting for a trade show at the Convention Center and would stay here again.

They seem to have only 1 check in person working at all times. Whether there is 1 person in like or 100 no one comes to help. Backs up the check in and check out a lot. Same with the cafe they have attached. One lady working and the back up there is also large.

This place is cool and in a great location. It is a little rough around the edges and definitely has been warn in. The fan did not work in my room. The gym was not too clean and was not being restocked with towels and sanitizer wipes. The bike was on its last legs. The food was real high end and the barista was great. So, a good place overall and could be amazing.

Rooms were quite spacious. Bed and bedding were comfortable. Temperature control was also good.

The no 77 hotel is in a great location, close to the waterfront and just a short walk to the French quarter. Love the hotel decor and the staff were friendly and super helpful- especially Dee. It was a great trip to New Orleans and I would definitely recommend staying at no 77.

So noisy and the front desk staff is rude. There was (is) a smoking bench right outside our window on the bottom floor front corner room where people partied and fought all night every night and not only did the staff not do anything about it, they did not discount our stay or explain a second miscellaneous charge to my credit card that wasn’t included on my invoice! It was near impossible to speak to management and then it was only through email to which they offered one reply and then never responded again. Stay anywhere else but here.

We are seniors and took cabs to most places, but for those who enjoying walking, the location is within walking distance of many shops and restaurants. The restaurant and morning coffee/breakfast bar are excellent. We would definitely stay again!
