The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, making the overall experience truly enjoyable. The rooms were spacious, featuring plush beds, soft linens, and ample storage space, all contributing to a comfortable stay. The bathroom was spotless, equipped with modern fixtures and fresh towels. I particularly enjoyed dining at The Peacock Room, one of the hotel's upscale restaurants, which offered a delightful menu and excellent service.

From the moment we were welcomed by the lovely valet Lionel, the charming desk clerks, the lovely waiter Richard we had— things were perfect! Clean beautiful hotel, very comfortable and secure. I would highly recommend this hotel!

Room was clean. Nice lobby bar and restaurant. Great location. Easy walk to the French Quarter and streetcar line.

They charge a compulsory Amenity Fee. This is disgusting, I was not even notified.

This is an absolutely fantastic place to stay if you’d like to be a be away from the noise, but still close enough to walk the best haunts. The Peacock Room downstairs for cocktails is a must, as is Compere Lapin two doors down. The goat curry is outstanding. Hope you have a great trip!

Clean room, great service, great brunch, great cocktails

Very poor lighting. No place to store in packed items. NO STOIN BATHROOM. Closet so dark that I couldn’t find anything. Desk area dysfunctional. Door hinges on furniture broken. Generally a pit

I loved the staff. Everyone was friendly and informative. The Peacock Room was beautiful. The food was delicious and staff excellent. The maid service could have been better. We requested service and the young lady came late and did a half effort. She forgot to give us toilet paper.

Raye, the manager, and her staff including Gospel House coffee shop made my daughter and I feel welcome from the moment we landed on the premises. I will definitely be back sooner than you think. Excellent location. In walking distance to EVERYTHING!!

The only thing better than the location and ambiance of this hotel is the staff and service. From the moment you walk into the lobby you feel like you’re greeted into a home away from home. Deveon and Henry went above and beyond explaining the amenities, upgrading our room at no request, and attending to any questions we had. Walking distance to the casino and French quarter but you can walk and find peace very near by to clear your thoughts if you’re a wanderer like me. The beds were super comfortable and the room was more than spacious. Walking across the street to Mother’s for a po-boy was a convenience I didn’t know I was missing in my life. Hotel is also very well insulated and sound proofed. We were on Fl.11 and couldn’t hear anything below us and we stayed during the Crescent City Classic. Thanks again for a wonderful stamp in our hearts and memories we’ll definitely be back!

So nice! Two onsite restaurants and a cafe with pastries and coffee. Free coffee in the morning and wine happy hour in afternoon. Very friendly and courteous staff. So many restaurants in a five block radius. Walking distance to convention center, Canal Street, and Bourbon Street. Loved it!

We are upset because the expedia package said we had parking included and it was not. Parking and extra fees were pricey; take that into consideration. Great stay!
