I love nice hotels and this may be my favorite of them all. It’s beautifully decorated, exudes class, and the staff was exceptional.

My only suggestion for improvement would be to provide complimentary water for guests, especially given the hot and humid weather in New Orleans. Overall, a great experience!

When i asked the front desk any recommendations a girl called Rae lit up and gave me 4/5 things to do in 24 hours. I had to stop her half way through because her excitement, made me excited, it was infectious and something I’ve been meaning to write a review about. She gave us a recommendation for lunch which I took my dad to for Fathers Day and it was perfect and something he’ll talk about forever. I hope this review gets to her, because she made my day and I’m sure she does for others.

The room was spacious and clean. Mini fridge was very nice. The beds and bedding were comfortable. Beautiful view of Jackson Square. The staff, from the valet, front desk & bartender were all helpful and friendly. Thank you for another great stay!!

Well, I didn’t like was there were no irons to iron my clothes it just had steamers and I’m not used to preparing my clothes with the steamer and also I think they need to give microwaves in the room so that you can keep your coffee hot

The rooms were spacious, featuring plush beds, soft linens, and ample storage space, all contributing to a comfortable stay. The bathroom was spotless, equipped with modern fixtures and fresh towels. I particularly enjoyed dining at The Peacock Room, one of the hotel's upscale restaurants, which offered a delightful menu and excellent service.
