The room was huge, with a wonderful view. The location was perfect, between the French Quarter and the Warehouse district, so we were able to go to both and to take the ferry to Algiers Point. Perfect!

I had an amazing time staying at this property. It was close to so many things, the staff was amazing, the restaurant in the hotel is so good, and it was simply marvelous. I always at the Kimpton when I’m in New Orleans

Nice room, comfortable bed, great service. Wine hour in the lobby at 5pm. They lent me vase for flowers I purchased for an event. Staff were friendly and helpful.

I was extremely impressed by this property in every way!! It was my first time to ever travel to New Orleans, but they all made me feel so comfortable and at home. Unfortunately I had a very bad tooth abscess while there but even with that I enjoyed my stay. I ordered the Field Peas & Mashed Potatoes from the kitchen and it was delicious, best peas I think I’ve ever eaten!! Highly recommend this property!! Hopefully I can go back without an abscess soon!! Thank you so much for being so helpful, thoughtful, and clean!!

It was close to all the food places we wanted to try The carpet was shredding. Strings everywhere and the amenity fee. We weren’t offered the things that are suppose to come with the amenity fee

Excellent customer service, excellent location, spacious rooms, amazing power shower, we will stay here for every stay in NOLA!

That said, the rooms were small, the bathroom lighting was terrible, tv kept skipping and the view we had was awful. However, it was clean for the most part. The gym was small and didnt seem clean. For a somewhat new hotel I was shocked by the dated and rusty equipment. When we checked out we asked for a cart. We were given one but had to load our luggage and bags ourselves. When we made it to the front desk to check out, we asked the lady if someone could help us unload and wheel the cart, especially since we paid for valet. The girl said no we dont have anyone to help and handed us our keys. Overall, would not stay there again.

I love nice hotels and this may be my favorite of them all. It’s beautifully decorated, exudes class, and the staff was exceptional.

Amazing staff, very attentive and helpful. The location was excellent!

My only suggestion for improvement would be to provide complimentary water for guests, especially given the hot and humid weather in New Orleans. Overall, a great experience!
