It was very nice. The vents in the room need to be cleaned. They are very dusty. There are stains on bathroom floors but it is an older hotel. The pool is small. I would go back. The staff was very helpful & tries to make you comfortable. Tipping everyone gets excessive. There are so many times they need to be tipped.

Everything was perfect. We stayed in a king suite! We were pleasantly surprised with the city views. The set up was perfect . Loved the extra sink , mirror and chair for make up outside of the main bathroom. Amazing customer service, room service , maid service-(Maria). The snacks in the room were delightful. Anything we requested we received within 5 minutes. This is one of the best hotels we ever stayed at!! We will be back!

This hotel is wonderful. We traveled with our three grandsons and we were made to feel welcome and never uncomfortable even though we not as quiet in the elevators as the Grandparents would have liked. Everything was clean and beautiful at all times.

Great location and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are nice and clean with a comfortable bed. The coffee shop downstairs has great coffee. The dinner in The Grill Room, the restaurant upstairs, was delicious! Great place to stay.

We had a wonderful stay at the windsor court to celebrate our 10 yr wedding anniversary. Great price for the overall experience. Hotel was very quiet and comfortable.
