Nice and convenient. Staff helpful. Overnight parking ain’t expensive.

Love there

Great staff. Easy access to outdoor activities and trolley. Restaurants near by. Across the street from casino.

Very Clean, Spacious No complaints

After being moved from a room that was “out of order” things got a lot better! At first, I was put in a room in which the AC was nor working. In fact, I think the entire floor may have been “out of order” as the room was described by the engineering staff. Thankfully, the bartender and engineer helped me to change rooms.

My only issue was the AC in the room I was in barely worked at all. Not sure if other rooms had this problem but I’d suggest bringing a portable fan in case this is a recurring issue with their rooms.

The location was good. The hotel was tired and dated. There were many things that could have done with updating. The bathroom did not seem very cleanly.

Exceptional

Location, clean room, great breakfast (for 25$, it is not expensive from other restaurants and it is more variety of food Too expensive valet parking (55$ per day), housekeeping comes late at 3 pm to make up the room, the pool and the gym facilities are hidden from the guests. Door of the room doesn’t close well.

Good location. Didn’t really use our rental car much. Was able to walk to a lot of places. Staff were really nice also.

The hotel is clean, modern, beautifully designed, and geographically located walking distance to the Superdome and shops. It’s immediately across Caesars casino and surrounded by great places to eat & drink. We had a 1 king suite with pool view and it was perfect. The only thing I would update is the bathroom which was too small. However the suite had a good size living room and kitchenette. Plenty of power outlets along with USB plugs. Well lit room, but also had blackout curtains.

Very clean
