Only downside was that you had to pick up your own room service.

Keep in mind if you want valley parking it’s $55 a night and you’re charged at check in for this. The staff were amazing in check in and check out, very accommodating when we asked for a fan for the room due to it not cooling down enough for us. Which would be the only complaint I have. Bell staff was very nice, and helpful with check in, and check out. Room was very nice, television was large and connected to the internet so we could watch YouTube and Netflix while there (with our accounts) but they log you out after you leave. The cleaners did a great job every time they came into our room, and was very accommodating when we slept in and wanted them to come back later. Pool was nice, although sad they didn’t have a hot tub, but the pool didn’t disappoint, our child loved it! 10/10 stay, I would stay here again in the future. Reasonable price for great accommodations.

Everything was Great! Parking was just to expensive... but better safe than sorry! Will use for All of my New Orleans stays:)

It was very clean and comfortable. Great beds and great staff.

The rooms were not ready upon 4pm arrival but overall experience was great! Right in the center of everything. Not far from the French Quarter. I did get charged $6 for something and didn’t use anything, not sure why I was charged

I was in room 622 evidently theirs must be a laundry next to it, Because for some odd reason the mirror on the wall keeps pushing in and out like theirs a machine in the next room operating. Also the flapper part in the toilet keeps coming loose. But other than that the stay was great and the room was clean .And the hotel was near everything.

Loved the property location and staff.

Room wasn’t as clean as expected, bathroom sink kept getting stopped up, and I was placing a handicap room.

Breakfast is way overpriced, ice machine was broken on our floor, and room was a little warm but the staff are very friendly, valet was awesome, and the location is great!

I will not be back to this hotel. The staff was very nice but that only gets you so far. We get there and there is an outage so we had to leave and not check in til we can back at 10:30pm. Then the first room we had was flooded so we had to go back downstairs. They put us in another room but the next morning the ceiling vent was leaking. They said they fixed it but only turned up the air to stop it. We went to bed and woke up to the floor full of water. After that we told them but by that point did not want to change rooms so we put a trashcan under the leak just to make it overnight. Very frustrating when it was supposed to be a relaxing trip. Should not have to make 2 room changes and an outage.
