It was quite of a night . Clean room . Quite dark in the room .

The room was very big. I didn't have a view of the city.

Staff was very helpful. Location was very convenient. No complaints.

It was very clean & cute! Super nice& comfy rooms & the location was prime! Nothing!

"Breakfast" Not sure what you mean by this. Morning coffee was available in the hotel foyer. I did notice on the hotel reception desk a few pots and thought they contained porridge oats. I did not consider it as breakfast. Other than that I did not see any food. My room was satisfactory. Location of the hotel excellent. I stayed at your hotel for four nights during which I did not have any room service. I did not feel the need to have my room serviced every day but one change of towels during my stay would have been appreciated. However, when I mentioned this on check out I was informed room service was available but I needed to have requested it.

I liked the location. I didn't like that they have big rooms and small rooms. Our room was small and I'm claustrophobic, it was so uncomfortable, just make sure you ask for a larger room. Other than that, it's a cool place to stay.

Clean and quiet

Location, within walking distance to Quarter, casino, Superdome and Ruby Slipper. Very quiet, great location on a quiet side street. Comfy bed. Good water pressure in shower. Inside room was very small, with very dim lighting (like a dungeon). Dated carpet. Difficult to get in walk in shower because of large door in small bathroom. Low toilet, looked like a child's commode; difficult for ppl with joint issues.

The staff was friendly and accommodating when asked for the room to be cleaned as well as replacing ammenities.

1st floor king rooms are TINY. Rooms have an exterior window street side so vehicle and foot traffic is loud all times of the night. Wouldn't recommend the hotel to more than a couple on a tight budget..even then theres better options. Wont stay again

The property was located perfectly in walking distance for where we needed to be. We booked this hotel mainly to go see a concert at the Superdome which we walked to. We were able to also walk to: Bourbon st., French Quarters, French Market, the Riverwalk. We were close enough to Canal st. to hop on the RTA trolley street car if we wanted to, which we took a couple times to a few restaurants in midtown district. The room air quality was either really cold or really warm between 70-72. We’re from MN so 70-72 is typically a good temp but it either seemed too warm or too cold if we went below 70

Good location No windows in the room was of concern to me,especially not finding out to after arriving at the hotel.. also the lighting in the room was not good.. no grab bar in the shower, all guest are not the same age.
