The 2 front desk guys in the day were very nice, were informative and really friendly. The others, including the night guy didn’t even bother to say hello when I went in and out. The room I got had no windows - it was fine but really dark because of the lighting choices (although not what I booked), but when I checked in the bathroom had a layer of dust. When I asked them it took 3 tries for them to come clean it. Also the bed sheet didn’t cover the full bed and the tiles on the bathroom floor were losing grout. Great AC, and the room was well designed.

Great location. You have to ask them to clean the room and they charge an additional amenity fee, which was unexpected. Helpful and friendly staff though. Away from the noise and quiet.

This hotel was perfect! We were close enough to walk to all the destinations, yet far enough away where it was quiet! Bourbon St was just a few blocks away, casino was right across the street! Having The Ruby Slipper there was such a convenience. So many restaurants and bars just a stones throw away. OH, the bed! Probably the most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept in! The room was so spacious and comfortable, This will be our go-to from now on when we are in NOLA!

When I arrived at the Pelham, I was greeted by rat traps in front of the hotel. The room was cozy. The thermostat was good. The staff was very friendly. My biggest complaint was you were on your own in terms of food. They only offered packaged items.

Overall it was a good clean stay and good location. The flags are not over the front door anymore (PIc on expedia shows them) and there are not microwaves in the rooms but there is a shared microwave in the lobby. There is an amenities fee for every night you stay and valet parking is $53 a night.

Honestly the actual property is quite nice . Had the classic New Orleans feel one would look for when visiting the French quarter . Wish I could give more stars but the bathroom leaked from day one of my stay . I voiced my opinion to staff who sent someone to “fix” the issue 3 days in a row . The leak was in a very inconvenient spot over the toilet and sink so whether you sat or stood you were dripped on and some of my toiletries were contaminated. The host gave us a $25 inconvenience refund on an early check in fee which was $70. Nice place but will not be returning. Sorry.

A wonderful hotel very near to everything. A nice vibe with a very friendly and helpful staff with a well appointed room but no unnecessary frills. Will feel very familiar to anyone who has travelled in Europe.
