Terrible experience stay at this hotel. I got up to use the bathroom and walking back to the bed I noticed a cockroach crawling up the wall. I immediately woke my boyfriend up, he said "where is it" I said it went behind the picture! He moved it and there it was!!! He killed it. I have stayed in many hotels over my years of traveling and NEVER have I had this happen, I will inspect my personal things very thoroughly before entering my home. Fix this problem immediately Sheraton, nobody wants to bring coack

The first room we had dirty, the sheets looked like that had been previously slept on. The fridge was on the floor. All the carpet throughout the building stunk as was dirty. The pool area was ran down. The lounge chairs were broken and worn out. However the gym was, actually the best part of the of the whole hotel.

Get ready for hidden expenses when you get to the hotel. Hotels.com tells you one price for hotel once you arrive and when you check out, it’s waaaay more!! Great rooms and facility but staff is unfriendly and vague with information!

Upon check in I had to pay an amount advised me to wait was given some gift cards was told to me I could use to add to my room when I had breakfast there and lunch and 2 drinks one night when I did checkout they told me I couldnt use those gift cards was told they are for tours was given two credits but the rest I couldnt use they were for other tours etc wasn't explained this then was billed hidden charges and a hold on debit card which wasn't explained to me nether disapponited
