While The Sheraton New Orleans could use additional staff, like many other properties across the country, the staff at The Sheraton New Orleans went above and beyond. The Club Room staff was extremely accommodating and welcoming. Housekeeping was very diligent and thorough. After checkin we had an issue with the room but the Maintenance Staff worked quickly to resolve thr problem. We would definitely stay here again.

Ac and refrigerator leaking…wet carpet therefore it smelled like mildew..toilet wasn’t flushing properly….trash was left from previous guest

Beautiful property located right in the French Quarters so it convenient to get to all the fun and delicious food. The only complaint is it could use some updating. Fixtures furniture and carpet were very outdated.The staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall it was a pleasant experience.
