Great location Nothing

Our stay at Sheraton Hotel was excellent This was our 2nd visit. Just as pleasing as our first visit. I did order from the menu at the bar. I was very dissapointed in my dinner. I ordered Alligator bites which were extremely hard and dried out with no taste. Salad was good. I did report this the following day to the server who waited on me. He did apologize but no accommodations were made! I would stay again but not eat there. The food at the lobby bar

Me and my wife enjoyed our stay here for the 4 days we was there for. The rooms was always clean and we definitely enjoyed the bar as well. We enjoyed breakfast as well. Wish the valet was a little quicker but other then that we would definitely stay here again.

Lovely view and comfortable bed. Made my gf’s birthday memorable

staff was very helpful and friendly

Shower was broken, flooding and very unsanitary. Elevators take extremely long. Not enough signs in the valet or lobby area making the check in process very confusing. Unfriendly staff at the lobby bar.

Our room was clean and looked recently renovated! The house keeping staff was excellent! The beds were super comfortable! Hotel had security guards and we felt safe staying there! There is a lot of homeless people in New Orleans. Loved the elevators. You put in what floor you wanted and it took you directly to that floor. No other stops for people getting on. The rooftop pool was perfect! The hotel provided towels! Overall very nice stay. One con the prices at the hotel bar were outrageous! $25 for a beer and vodka soda! Would stay here again and would recommend it to anyone!!
