The room was beautiful, comfortable, and impeccably clean. The staff was warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The atmosphere was peaceful yet vibrant, making it the perfect place to relax while appreciating the hotel’s creative vibe. If you’re looking for more than just a place to sleep and want an experience filled with style, personality, and exceptional hospitality, I highly recommend this hotel. I WILL definitely stay here again!

The staff were polite and helpful. The room was clean with plenty of space. I loved the oversized bed, bathroom, and shower. I also enjoyed the history of artwork and the decors.

Our stay was phenomenal. The hotel was clean, the beds were soft and comfy, and the hotel smelled very fresh like cleaning supplies. Jeremy checked us in around 3.30pm and he was very helpful and informative. Later that evening the shifts changed and I think Roman was at the front desk (white guy big jacket) I was told he’s the supervisor. He was not very friendly nor was he welcoming. A total shift from the previous staff. Also another suggestion I would have is they need bigger TV’s in the room. Our TV wasn’t even a 32 inch. If this property would send their supervisor through customer service training, get bigger TV’s, and add a pool it would be a 10 out of 10 property.

I booked this hotel at the last minute, and it was such a win. The hotel is like a work of art itself, perfectly located to be quiet and yet close to everything we wanted to visit. I am planning a few more visits in the upcoming year and will always check this one first. Highly recommend!

First time staying at this hotel, it was simply amazing. Customer service was very welcome. The only complaint that I have there was a leak in the bathroom coming from the ceiling that was leaking water the last night.

When I was checking out, the guy at the front desk told me I had a $1000+ charge from the lobby bar. I never bought anything from the lobby bar so I laughed it off as a joke. He didn’t laugh and asked me for my credit card for the charges. When I pushed back, he said he was joking then immediately told me to get out of line because other people needed to check out. Scammer. Only positives were the room was clean and the water pressure in the shower was great. Never staying here again.

Lovely people, from the front desk to housekeeping. Just super kind and helpful. This is a wonderful spot in a perfect location. Close enough to the chaos, but not too close.

After our stay, this will be the only hotel we stay at moving forward! Absolutely fell in love with the property.

I enjoyed staying at international house. The hotel is well located. There was always staff around. It’s a very efficient facility. I would recommend it to others and I would definitely return again.

Nice rooms and the staff was excellent. The light above the shower was dripping water (?) and one evening we returned to have absolutely no towels!

Nice place and really pretty

We love this hotel. The facility is top notch. It’s just far enough of off Canal Street to leave the noise but close enough to get everywhere in the Quarter you want. Checkin was great and Christopher was extremely helpful and demonstrated fantastic customer care skills.
