Location, cleanliness, aesthetic, very polite staff, vet comfortable!!! And, a complimentary bottle of delicious water! I have always wondered why this is not an included, basic amenity so I was pleasantly surprised by this! Nice touch! I don't have a single criticism!

If you indulge in drinks then ask the bar tenders (Joey was mine) to mix you up something that they like. Promise you won't go wrong. You're only 1 block away from Canal St and maybe 2.5 from Bourbon

Whoever the black man with glasses is that was there throughout my entire stay at the front desk is truly wonderful! I work in hiring services for a large company and he really knows how to be attentive and also manage a large crowd. Extremely hard to find these days
