I have refrigerator was leaking and they tried to charge me fees that I had already paid for, but other than that it was a great day

Rooms were really nice clean no complaints but make sure you let people know that when you arrived at the hotel or when you are getting your rooms that it say that you are gonna have to pay $150 more for security reasons even if it's returned after you leave... it was unexpected

I got checked in and the lady gave us a room key and when we went up there… there was already someone in there!!!!! We almost got shot. We ran away it was terrifying. (I’m sure for them too!) we got another room and we had paid for a king bed but were given two smaller beds- the air vent was hanging and not flush with the ceiling. The air conditioner wasn’t working and my husband had to WORK on the air himself to get it to work- we had no confidence in the staff on site. And after almost being shot we were ready to just get the night over with and get out safe! Will Never stay here again.

106 and 108 degrees outside but the pool was closed. Mind you, it's outdoors so the 1 day it was open, it was a sauna outside. My issue really was the dirty towels [gross], the bathroom faucet was missing a piece and the WIFI being off the whole time. Never again.

Upon my entry, there was no one to help me with my bags.. when arriving in my room, I noticed that the bathroom was not clean correctly, especially the toilet.. the toilet still had defecation inside of the interior of the toilet.. which made me uncomfortable.. The iron was also dirty within the room…. I was very much so glad that I was only staying for one night.

The main door to the room would not lock when I closed it and the door handles of the restroom were also broken.

For this price, it's hard to find a pool and a fitness center elsewhere. For walkers who want to go in multiple directions, this hotel is well positioned between the French Quarter, the River Walk with steam boat cruises, Convention Center/Audubon Aquarium, and Casinos. The hotel isn't oozing the typical historical French Quarter vintage charm but it does have New Orleans decor touches that are very pleasing nonetheless. It's very good for those of us who want to walk to the French Quarter in just a few minutes but like larger, modern standard-size rooms without "quaint" surprises like single pane windows (too hot or cold, depending on the weather outside) and irregularities like problems with water pressure. In other words, very comfortable and well-located.

Very good location close to everything .. felt safe .. I love how you have to use your keycard to enter the building and access the elevator with your room key.

The front desk told me my room was on the second floor, ok that’s fine. After they take my card and run it…. Oh yeah the elevator is broken because someone pulled the alarm and the fire department shut it down (interesting) so I had to climb two flights of stairs… with a bad knee and a lot of luggage. Bathroom: there was long black hair all over the shower wall. I have blonde hair and had just got in…. Gross. Breakfast, The Orange juice wasn’t working, I informed the lady running it. She stated it was her second day, and the managers didn’t let her know that it was broken. Although I just watched her get apple juice out of the same machine…. Does not appear broken.

Overall good! There was no caffeinated coffee upon arrival and in our rooms only decaf. Pool was under construction for just one day but ended up being closed our entire stay

My door was not secure anyone without a card key could have came right in, The bath towel was dirty when I call the guest service for some clean towel no one showed up. The front desk manager was very rude
