Overall a nice hotel to stay at. Beware of the 150.00 security fee and also there is a 18.00 a day destination fee. Parking is 40.00 a night also. Other than that I would definitely stay again.

Good stay no issues staff was very helpful

Overall, I had a decent stay. The property and my room were very clean, and I appreciated how well everything was maintained. However, there were a couple of issues with my room. The lights weren’t working properly, and the TV kept shutting off instead of staying on, which was frustrating. If those maintenance issues are addressed, the experience would be much better. The cleanliness of the hotel was definitely the highlight of my stay.

We also had to wait in line 40 minutes because there was one person checking people in, and there was only 4 people ahead of us. The pool was out of service, no water in the room and the water in the front desk was always empty. The Breakfast was terrible and just over all bad place to stay.

Everything was clean n nice

It was a nice hotel, the breakfast was really good, and the staff was very helpful.

They’ll only redo rooms if you ask at front desk if you are staying more days. Front desk staff is super busy, on own phone or so so attitude, lacking the warmth of the industry. Morning breakfast is standard and minimal, missing few items I saw in other La Quinta menu. Bar is nice, decor is contemporary and a seat cover torn down in the breakfast lounge. Security measures are good and corridors and rooms quiet, even if the Mary Jo smells in elevators can give headache to those not hedonistic… but great price for downtown stay. New flash: you have to pay 50-60 for parking each day from pocket in nearby garage and standard holding on your card is 150 dollars and not 100 like other places and other La Quinta hotels. Overall a 3.75 rating is my honest critique ❤️

Place was very clean and lively. Check in lady was a bit rude. The concierge was amazing and very friendly and helpful. She helped with parking and directed us in direction of restaurants.Breakfast was Great but milk was soured and the attendant replaced it. Ladies at check out were very nice and talkative. Price was also Great. I'll definitely be back there in the future. 💕😁

The air conditioning was not getting the room cold, but it was comfortable.

Will stay here again

It was friendly and safe. Very clean and great I couldn’t stay longer. Of all the hotels I had this week, this was my favorite and I want to come back to experience the culture.
-
I liked the location of the property its prefect! Staff could’ve been nicer and more courteous! We asked for extra towels several times and nobody came.
-
The property was very nice and quiet. We just couldn’t use the swimming pool because they was working on that floor. But overall we like it.
-
Room smelled like pee and staff was kinda rude.
-
The breakfast was less appealing and bland, definitely needs improvement Some rooms needed some maintenance but we were quickly moved to another room
-
Everything went well but the pool was under construction not good as we had children with us and very hot Pool out

The location was great. The front counter rep was friendly. I did not get the room I reserved and wasn't accommodated for it. I wasn't happy with the service because our room was changed, but it still was not the room we paid for.

The convenience to the French Quarter I lack of the internet service
-
The location is great. Debbie the bartender was exceptional. They ran out of food during breakfast leaving very few options. The ac in the room wasn't cooling properly. The pool was also closed which was disappointing as well.

THE POOL WAS OUT OF SERVICE MAIN REASON FOR BOOKING RESERVATIONl…
