How nice the staff was... I had an amazing time, I will be booking with this hotel again...food was awesome even the lady at the bar had everyone crunk... Very friendly... I would have liked to see more of a selection on breakfast, and the discount code did not work it still was 40

I like the location only. 1. Bathroom door doesn't have any lock and broken 2. AC was not working but fixed later 3. Breakfast was not good. Very limited items available. 4. One of the elevator was not working and wait for longer period.

Excellent location in New Orleans Downtown. Booking.com said that the Hotel included free parking, but at end I had to pay $80.00 for two days of parking. Booking.com has no the information about the parking updates.

The location was perfect. The staff was great, especially the bartender. The price paid was another plus. The downside was cleaning the room every three days, only one elevator was working. This made the weight long.

Overall condition of hotel was nice. Requested ice bucket for 2 days never got one after being told 3 times it was on its way up. Music in bar was so loud you couldn't talk. Light didn't work on right side bed. Fridge leaked water. Got free drink at bar and could only get one of two drinks not choice. All I wanted was a beer. Was told id have to get margaritas. They dont accept cash either.

The breakfast wasn't that good to me, I couldn't drink the coffee was watered down and to be very honored the place was not cleaned.better cleaned a The location was great, but for the price, the hotel could been, the ice maker wasn't on the #4 but on #7 floor, some one needs to check on the property more often, I had to change room because of roaches in the room.
