A great place to stay. Everything was excellent and great location. Will definitely stay again.

Hotel was fantastic, room was great. I never had hot water in my shower even after calling maintenance. I think that could have been taken care of reasonably easy but overall great expercience. Everyone needs a cold shower in New Orleans!

Lovely hotel and exceptional staff.

Heads up, do not pre-purchase the breakfast, it doesn’t save you any $ and while we were there they didn’t have 2 of the 6 entrees (salmon and shrimp). The gym is adequate with cardio machines and dumbbells and a bench, but the AC doesn’t work. Our room, which was in a separate building across the street, did not have functioning windows, so it had a dark small cave-like feeling. Location was great.

Front desk agents on October 11,2026 were absolutely trash. However Khari, attempted to be somewhat helpful once I became annoyed. We did arrive early so I was certainly aware and understanding that we could not check in at the time. Once check in time came at 4:00 we were overlooked multiple times even though we sat in the lobby for 2 hours. Other guests began to arrive and were given speedy service. 4:15 came and I went to stand in line to check in, once I reached the desk, I was asked how can I be helped like they never seen me before. Then was told” oh you’re room still isn’t ready” they said it like I was just supposed to be ok. Both agents were just standing there quiet, not offering any type of solution. Once in the room, mediocre at best it was to call it a 4 star. The shower and bathroom tiles definitely need a deep cleaning. Won’t stay again! The other front desk was a white man with tattoos on his neck…. HE WAS THE WORST, RUDE AND IGNORANT

Great, friendly staff. Doormen always had a smile. Bar staff was great and greeted us as we walked by... even if we didn't stop for a drink. Nice hotel with character. Easy walk to the Quarter, CBD or Dome. Will stay here again.

Belle chambre, belle salle de bains, très propres et bien equipées pour personne à mobilité réduite. Tout près du vieux quartier de la Nouvelle Orleans, très pratique. Stationnement compliqué

They forgot our towels when checking in, but one phone call and it was there immediately. The valet was 10/10. They were very nice and quick. Late Night staff was bit stand offish but overall great staffing. Would stay again

Rooms were really clean. We went to the bar for drinks but it took a while to get a drink. Appears they need some additional help at the bar. The staff was really friendly though.

Great location & set up. Staff were welcoming! Didnt like the sliding bathroom door which was too heavy & not easy to move.

Wonderful hotel with such helpful and amazing staff. The decor is a mix between old and new, and is very trendy. The location of the hotel is amazing and the area around the hotel is walkable. This was my second time staying here, and it did not disappoint! I will most definitely be back!

I enjoyed my stay. I’ll definitely go back but I’d like to stay on the reiterated side. My room had zero windows and I didn’t like that.

Q&C was amazing. The staff were super nice and helpful, the room was gorgeous (I was upgraded to a really nice one for free!), and the location was super walkable and lovely even during the hot July season. I had an impeccable experience here!

It took forever for 40 minutes for valet to bring our vehicle around and the coffee maker was broken in our room.
