They charge you for things you didn’t use and say they can’t refund them. And suggest you do a claim with your credit card company per Vaughn Collins manager. Also, that is after he said he would call me back but did not many times!!!

Soothing colors with a lot of dark green in public areas. Very quiet hotel Loved the exposed brick and display cabinets with memorabilia from publishing days of the Picyuane Times.

Loveddddd everything about this hotel! Super cute and the lady that helped checked me in was amazinggg. She gave me so many freebies for my birthday. I can’t remember her name but she was a super cute Asian American girl. The bar was top notch also and so many cute photo-op places !

From the moment you walk in the lobby, you realize you’ve made the best choice for a place to stay. Staff is superb. Bar top notch. Beds comfy. Room luxurious. Restaurant delicious!

This hotel was centrally located by all of the main New Orleans attractions. It was very walkable and close to restaurants, the convention center, the Caesar Stadium, and the outlet mall. The staff was amazing and very attentive and responsive to our needs. The only thing that I didn’t like about the hotel was the fact that the rooms do not have a lot of natural lighting, so the room felt dark all day.

Small room but it is a 19th century building. Fantastic breakfast in the attached restaurant and an ideal courtyard with fans, plants, tables and couches. The room is tight but charming and well decorated. I just miss standard microwaves and refrigerators and there is no closet, just a standing rack. There was a steamer instead of an iron. The decor is stylish, quirky and attractive. Staff was pleasant and helpful. I found street parking, otherwise there is a apparently a valet. Ticket for streetcar was a nice feature.

Customer service good be slightly more friendly. Free coffee would be nice. The rooms were nice and clean. Valet service attendants were great, it’s 60.00 a day. We stayed 2 nights, but only got 1 day of 1 complementary free drinks when they offer 2. There is a 150.00 a day incidental charge that should be immediately displayed prior to booking. Everything else was good.

The place is gorgeous. The rooms are lovely and the patio is great. We had such a wonderful time there high felt like a very special moment.
