great location to french quarter and uptown via streetcar. large clean rooms, helpful staff, and wifi that actually worked.

The location was perfect Room was small, water was never hot, and the tub drained extremely slow.

This was by far the worst hotel I've been to in year. First i have to start with booking a room and requesting a rollaway bed at the time of booking and hours before arriving just to get to the room with no rollaway bed. Went to the front desk and was informed for the first time that my room couldn't have a rollaway bed due to a fire hazard. The property only had one ice machine out of 4 that was working. There was only 1 trash can in the entire room. The housekeeping instead of using fresh bag for their trash can used our used grocery bags from shopping. Paid for a room with a microwave and had to go back and forth with the front desk because they didnt believe that the room i booked had a microwave; which i later had to show was advertised on their website. There was no ventilation in the bathroom, so the humidity from the shower always left the ceiling dripping with water. Also was informed to to the lack of staffing that it was our job to leave our room and go all the way down to the lobby to throw out our trash. This was my first and will likely be my last stay at a hilton property.

The hotel is old, has great character and the location is terrific. It was recently remodeled and done nicely. In our room, we couldn't control the air/heat and the shower leaked water all over the floor. Not a big deal that an extra towel couldn't absorb. We had an inside studio room which is very small and we could hear every word said in the adjoining rooms from normal conversation. Expect noise and bring ear plugs when trying to sleep. The hotel staff were terrific. Overall, I have mixed feelings. The hotel was cool, staff was very nice and helpful but with all the options available in New Orleans, I think I would consider a different place next time.

I really like this hotel’s location and enjoyed my last stay (in October) immensely, but was disappointed in this one. We had to move rooms 3 times due to broken HVACs. We had a two bed room with fridge (what was booked), moved to a king, and then moved to a queen (no fridge) and missed part of the concert we came to town for due to the issues of having to move.

The bar/restaurant was great! The smoked wings were delicious. I had an interior room with no windows but I was not in the room allot.

There was no heat either the first or second day. When I reported this, they put an engineer on the task. When I returned to the room, it was warm, but the thermostat would not turn on.

beautiful decor, clean, good location. Terrible water pressure and no hot water. Waited ten minutes for water to warm up but it was just lukewarm. We were visiting during a cold snap so this was uncomfortably cold for a shower. My poor customer service experience: I booked a room with 2 queen beds but when I arrived they said none left. This was through Booking . com which I understand may not be the hotels fault, but Booking . com says the hotel receives the bookings and approves them so they put me into a room with only one bed and did not inform me or reimburse me the difference. The gentleman staff was a positive lively person but when I had this issue he was dismissive and unhelpful.

Staff checked on me daily to see if everything was ok or if I needed anything! Very personal experience overall! Kudos Malcolm! NA

My air in my room didn't work the manger did nothing for me but brung me an fan. It was like they where dogging me because i kelpt asking can someome come up and look at my air he sent someone they looked at it said it was fixed but it wasnt.

No room ready 45 mins after check in. Waited an hour in the lobby then forgotten about. No fridge. Rain pressure shower. Clean room. Comfortable stay. Likely drew the short end of the stick. Not worth a $275 stay.
