Well for the price the hotel was great however the hotel was old and there was a smell that came along with it other than that everything was good

SUPER CUTE hotel, felt safe. Quiet area very central. We walked to all the places, museums, French Quarters, restaurants, etc. would stay there again. All the employees VERY WELCOMING!

Very convenient location, walkable to French Quarter, Casino, Mall and Street car. Room floors and bathroom could have been cleaner. Had to request bathroom clean upon checkin. Bed was comfortable, AC worked well which was nice and room smelled fine. Hallways were warm though. We liked decor and updates. Very nice, some things could be replaced like rusty toilet paper holder and toilet bowl looked really worn. Closet was not vacuumed- dusty and not wide enough to hang clothes. Iron had gross stuff spit out- needed cleaning. Loved the 3 hooks on back of bathroom door, most hotels never have enough towel hooks so appreciated this. Glass in shower doesn’t slide so difficult to turn on water and pressure wasn’t great but we had hot water. Staff did give complimentary breakfast when reported bathroom uncleanliness. Restaurant service was slow, they never had fresh pastries, said they had delivery issues. Food not great, but if you are in a pinch ok. Biggest complaints were non-handicap accessible doors and we had to go through 3 with luggage to get to room, very cumbersome with luggage! Forget using luggage cart. The alley way between buildings had a sitting area but faced trash area and smelled of trash and sewer. Saw rats. Wish trash area was relocated away from main walkway and sitting area. Pool seemed murky, lots of tree debris so did not try it. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Beware of construction on street, we found cheaper parking nearby. Lobby smelled of fabulous.

The staff were really amazing and kind! Especially Sean at the front desk! We really enjoyed talking to the young lady at the bar i can’t remember her name but she has a son the same age as mine and we had a great talk about our kids!

We stayed here bc I am an IHG member. When we arrived, there is no where to park so we left our car on the street to check in. The woman completely ignored us when we walked in and I had to ask if we were in the right spot. We got to our room after having to pass through a little outdoor space that is designated as the smoking area so each time we went to our room we had to pass through the smoking section (gross). We went to dinner and when we returned our AC was dripping and pooling water on the wood floors. I called downstairs and the same woman who checked us in said she'd call me back. 10 minutes later she called to say they were going to switch our rooms and she'd bring up the key....please keep in mind this was 10:45pm and we had already unloaded a lof of our things. We switched rooms and everything was fine but did not even receive an apology...not once! Not from anyone...not when it happened and not at check out. AND got our bill and we were apparently charged for BOTH rooms so now I have to go call and try to get this figured out. NOT how I wanted to spend my two nights in NOLA and when I got home!! So many options in that area I would highly recommend going elsewhere!

The staff is nice and very helpful. The room is comfortable and amenities are ok. The only thing I could point out as an opportunity is the rug in the bedroom, I’d eliminate it. Had a great stay, if I’m back to Nola I’d stay here again.

I had a great stay at the Voco Hotel. Stay was excellent, and the hotel was near everything. I will definitely be back.

Outside areas of property (King Suites courtyard) and seperate pool areas ran down, neglected. Fountains broken, full of mosquitoes and trash. Quick Walk to Canal St and Ceasars palace for late night food. Used our $20 bar/food credit at checkout for a good BEC croissant with fruit. Overall the staff seems to make due with whats given.. maybe upper management/owners need to step up in repairs (exterior door handles stuck constantly with signs stating they may stick..how about replace them?) Parking is the typical $50/night. Overall.. older property. We are unlikely to stay again. Will tend to stick with newer hotels with nicer amenities for close to the same price point.

The location was good. The bed was comfortable. The front desk staff were really helpful. The ice machine didn't work. There were issues with accessing door in the part of the building. The building had really old elevators.

The property is in a decent location, downtown close to most attractions. The parking was very difficult. We used valet, but trying to pull up out front and load or unload your luggage was almost impossible. The street is tiny and very busy. My in laws room smelled strongly like cigarettes. Mine and my husbands room was dirty. There was a sock laying in the middle of the floor, a phone case sitting on the bed, the bathroom floor was not clean. Around 10 pm we had to call the front desk because our air conditioner was leaking water down the wall and onto the floor. Not a small drip….like running water down the wall. They offered us complimentary breakfast and after the second phone call, they moved us rooms to a much nicer and cleaner room. Several areas in the hotel needed repairs and just had blue tape or signs up. This could be a beautiful hotel if it was maintained. The staff was great, but seemed to be stretched very thin.

Nice boutique-style hotel. Good rooms, friendly staff, close to French Quarter and Business District.

Location was great. Short walk to Canal Street/Bourbon Street. Hotel was lovely and clean. Laundy service would have been great, but I think they only do dry cleaning service. Minor!

Excellent stay!

Great location, wonderful staff, loved the location. Only downfall, that you can't help was the construction. Other than that this hotel is beautiful. The city was fixing the street, so there was construction on the side street.

Extremely cozy, quaint, and walking distance to everything in the quarter! Staff was SUPERB!!!

The rooms were nice and clean, the staff was very nice and friendly, the siting area outside wasn’t very nice, to many rodents running around, to many places for them to hide , the hotel had a nice bar but unfortunately the bar was closed all weekend, which made you have to leave out , and that was very disappointing the pool area wasn’t that nice which again was disappointing,

À la carte breakfast and a very refreshing pool open until 10p.m. Check out time very early at 11:00.

Front desk worker was very helpful and kind but clearly overwhelmed with no help at check in time on a Saturday. Walked into our assigned room to a broken air conditioner. It was 85 degrees, muggy, and smelled awful. Called down and we were told they were going to bring a fan and contact maintenance. An hour later and nothing. Called down again and was told the same thing. Decided to go downstairs and ask for a new room. Bartender approaches me to attempt to chime in and proceeded to make excuses and try to gaslight me. We eventually are placed in a new room and were given a free breakfast voucher. Seems minimal considering the time and energy wasted to get in a room with a working ac. We were also late for our event which was an added frustration.

The staff was helpful and friendly. Overall the room was good. The carpet is damp- need a dehumidifier in there ac system. The shower in the morning was cold water- after running the water for a long time. The towel hooks on the bathroom door is non functional. The location is great.
