Location First of all there was no parking second when we walk into the room the light did not work and the lights that did work for very low-quality not bright whatsoever also no refrigerator or microwave and the TV Channel selections was terrible.

Love building. Old Whitney Bank. See comments next section. Very disappointed I made two room reservations and was very embarrassed with other guests with me. Their room 209 was a wreck. pictures show dinner in old vault...luggage stored there Lost liquor license? no cocktail. No food. chef ill but breakfast?? told continental anyway. A hotel??? sheer curtain don't close. too light called front desk for car 8:30AM... not busy. She forget. 15 more minutes. 30 minutes late for meeti

Everyone was pleasant and very helpful. the desk and  the car valet could not have been more pleasant and helpful.

Hotel staff was very accommodating. Quaint and quiet even during Mardi Gras. Refurbished bank into hotel. Centrally located and easy to walk to most places. During Mardi Gras, the ice machines were turned off. This was unfortunate because my friend has a bad knee and needed ice after a long day of walking.

Great location. Room not ready at time of check-in, had to wait until 4:30pm for a room. Cold water faucet started dispensing scalding hot water. Switched rooms 3 times that evening with no resolution. Dirty carpets, electrical wiring not to code. Would not recommend.

Good location, great rate. Bank Theme was interesting. Charged me twice, but reversed charge before I found it on my bill.

It was clean and located in walking distance of many of the places we wanted to go.

The best part about the hotel was the room, the location and the overall feel of the hotel. But it was all soured by the staff, by far the worst part of the hotel. I might have had an out-of-the-ordinary experience, but the staff was the absolute worst part of the hotel. They were apathetic at best. The valet was at least 30 minutes late, twice, and the front desk staff were not helpful in the least.

EXPECTED MORE OF AN UPSCALE HOTEL AMENDITIES FOR THE PRICE...LIKE ROBES, MINI FRIDGE - JUST SOME EXTRA FEATURES THAT THIS DOLLAR AMOUNT FIND IN LIKE HOTELS. no water pressure in shower was horrible.

The location was good. The room had a double bed and I haven't slept in a double bed in years. There was no freg or microwave in room. There also needs to be more soda machines in the hotel.
