The evening crew got the ball rolling Next I FEEL SCAMMED BECAUSE WHEN YOU CHECK IN THEY GIVE YOU A CARD WITH TOURS WITH A DISCOUNT AVAILABLE BUT WHAT THEY DONT MENTION IS THAT YOULL BE CHARGED $25 EVERY DAY FOR THAT CARD AND THEY CALL IT AN URBAN DESTINATION FEE FOR SOMETHING I NEVER ASKED FOR OR USED PEOPLE BEWARE I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS HOTEL AGAIN....

The room and hotel overall was a very nice stay. The rooms were nice and comfortable and the location was ideal. The only reason I gave 3 stars was because in one of our rooms the ac wasn’t working and the staff didn’t help in anyway to make the stay more comfortable. They said the system was down so they couldn’t give us a new room. Had it not been for that incident the hotel would’ve gotten my 5 stars. Great other than the ac and the staff not helping with the issue.

They were able to accommodate my request for a room near an elevator because I’m disabled and we were able to get an early check in. I would stay here again.

Was told we needed to pay a deposit on each room and would get that back in the a.m. after trying to check out they said ohh it is not a deposit it is the charge from Expedia.

My room was a very clean, comfortable and elegant feel. I love the convenience of it being in the city and having a restaurant bar downstairs. My room was in the corner with a tiny hall so I had the pleasure of silence and comfort. This is also a place if you are a content creator where you can get some quick and cute photos in, before heading back up to your room.

This property is in a great location as it is in walking distance to everything restaurant and night life wise. The staff was nice. The rooms are nice although the could use an air purifier and replace the carpet as upon entering and my stay it had me sneezing the whole weekend besides that. This property is a gem

We were not informed prior to arrival of issues with the suites. We had paid in advance and insured our stay. We should have been offered a suite in a different Hilton in NEW ORLEANS. IT DEFINITELY NEEDS RENOVATION TO MEET HILTON STANDARDS A verry poor performance and it receives a 4.

The lighting for the bathroom mirrors generates a red hue and is not good for applying makeup
