Stand like three minutes walking distance away from Bourbon Street in the mall

Personally I think a hotel should be required to post on their website and to notify anyone that books a room, that they are currently under construction. Out of the number of hotels in New Orleans I would definitely not prefer to stay at one that is under construction. Check in time was 3:00 but I was told the same as everyone else waiting in the lobby "my room wouldn't be available until after 4:00). Somehow no one's room was available but magically all of our rooms would be available after 4:00. Out of five elevators only three were operable. One of those being the staff elevator which we weren't allowed to use. The room was nice and thankfully there was no noise associated with the construction that was going on that I could hear. The staff was friendly but the service is very slow. It took nearly 45 minutes to check in and all of 25 minutes to get my vehicle from valet.

The second day of staying we tired to use the elevators and they’re weren’t working but then had to walk up the stairs to our room. The elevator eventually started back working but only one elevator was operable. I really would like some of money back. This was a waste of money.

Ots smelled fresh and clean, maybe new carpet! But it was great. Under construction for the lobby, missed the sitting area. Elevators were wonky, seemed the fastest was the service elevator but overall not great experience, front desk staf and all the staff was fabulous.

When we arrive, the property was going through maintenance! However the room was nice and clean! Everything was within walking distance!

Our room was very clean and well decorated. It is an easy walk from bourbon street that is in a quieter area. The restaurant downstairs was a nice surprise as the breakfast food was VERY good.

Great, friendly staff. The hotel is under construction but we didn’t hear anything with it. Great experience, we will be back!

The room was right by the elevator My room wasn't cleaned during my stay I had to ask 2 times to have it cleaned. Elevators took long to open. Lots of construction going on.

The customer service was ok Everything was horrible, the smell of the hotel, my room door was coming of the door ceiling,

Only complaint was housekeeping kept forgetting to leave washcloths. Had to ask every day. Other than that no complaints room was clean, staff was helpful. Food was excellent at Luke’s, special shoutout to Mellisa at Luke’s.

Hotel and room was very nice and clean..the staff amazing..in particular Ernel (doorman extrordinaire) was super, he really seems to love his job!! Our room's view was of a neighboring building's roof and hvac system. We like Hilton so much we're going to join their rewards program with hopes it will afford us a better view in the future.

The comfort of the bed was absolutely amazing. It was very hard leaving the room knowing that such comfort would be left behind. Hilton to home will definitely be my next stop. I’ve got to get those pillows. Never slept so good.
