Our room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable—the perfect place to relax and reconnect. The entire staff was professional, kind, and always willing to help, making our stay even more enjoyable. One of the highlights of our stay was the amazing views from the room. The large windows brought in plenty of natural light and offered a beautiful look at the city, making the space feel even more open and inviting. The staff was friendly and welcoming throughout our visit, but I especially want to recognize Gray on the swing shift. He went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Gray was incredibly helpful and provided great recommendations for local restaurants, helping us discover some fantastic places to eat during our trip. The location is another huge advantage. The hotel is conveniently close to Canal Street and Bourbon Street, making it easy to enjoy the attractions, restaurants, and nightlife of New Orleans without needing to travel far. We also felt comfortable and safe walking around the area, which gave us peace of mind while exploring the city. Overall, the Residence Inn exceeded our expectations with its cleanliness, comfortable accommodations, beautiful views, excellent staff, and convenient location. Great location in CBD, several restaurants near by. Parking was somewhat confusing, but we got over it. Only disappointment was no breakfast.

Be prepared to pay ALOT for parking. A lot they have flat rates due to the proximity to Bourbon Street so be strategic on when you will need parking upon arrival because it fills FAST AND the spots are very tight at a complete 90 degree angle if you traveling with the Ford Expedition like vehicle park elsewhere or reconsider this location.

Excellent stay with an amazing location and beautiful room views. The hotel was conveniently located near everything we needed, making it easy to explore the area. The room was clean, comfortable, and had stunning views both day and night. Staff was friendly and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere made the stay very relaxing. Would definitely make this my go to stay in New Orleans
