Love this hotel. I stay here every time I am in Nola. The rooms are spacious. It’s extremely close to Canal and Bourbon st.

Central location to EVERYTHING!

It was very beautiful and welcoming! The staff were very friendly & helpful. The view was nice. The rooms were perfect & I loved the kitchenette. The shower was hot & refreshing. The distance to everything was walkable (5 min) My first room wasn’t cleaned well BUT they accommodated me quickly to a nice CLEANER room & better view of the city.

Pros: The staff is very welcoming and helpful. The location is a quick 3 block walk to Canal Street and into the French Quarter. The St. Charles Street car stops literally across the street giving you a great ride to and from the St.Charles line into the shops and great restaurants of the Garden District, including Magazine street. Comfortable beds, bedding and pillows. The room was spacious and comfortable for New Orleans. Coffee and Begniet Cafes are a quick 7 minute walk before you hit the Quarter. Cons: The rooms are somewhat smaller than pictured on their photos. If you are valet parking add 101.00 dollars to your hotel fee, because that is what it costs to valet park there for two nights. Also, multiple people are involved with this, so have tip money available. This makes the hotel less of a deal than you went in thinking it was. I wish I had known that I could self park in the same building right around the corner for far less, but my bad. But, now you know! A larger than average room in New Orleans will keep this on our option list, but we will be self parking.

The room was larger than I expected and the view from the floor to ceiling windows was amazing. The location was perfect and a short walk to Bourbon and Canal streets. The staff was friendly and very helpful and the property was very clean & well maintained. This will definitely be my go to hotel whenever I visit New Orleans. 100/10!
