Very nice staff and my stay was very nice the best hotel in town.

IT WAS A GREAT PLACE TO STAY.

Everything was great ……..

Bed kinda sucked but room was great overall

I self-parked in the garage to the southwest of the hotel for $30--as opposed to the $52 of valet. Unreserved spots are high up. But be warned: they close up the entrance at night. It was closed as early as 8 PM.

First Hampton I didn’t like

I definitely will be back and do recommend.

We stayed here for five days and had a very pleasant experience overall. The property was relatively clean, and the room included convenient amenities such as a microwave, refrigerator, and hairdryer, which made our stay more comfortable. The staff was always friendly, welcoming, and helpful whenever we needed anything. Housekeeping came every other day, and they did a great job keeping the room clean and stocked. The location also had shops nearby, which was convenient. Overall, it was a comfortable stay with good value for the price. I would rate it 4 out of 5 stars and would consider staying here again.

It was a great experience

The staff was really helpful. The breakfast was delicious. The Gym was very clean and nice to use. The property is in a great location close to the french quarters and easy to get all around tourists attractions. We were very satisfied.

The only disappointing aspect was the reception area. It appeared dated, with worn and stained seating that did not make the most welcoming first impression. In addition, the reception desk is tucked away in a corner and is not immediately visible upon entering the hotel, which made the arrival experience slightly less intuitive than expected.

Great all around … great location
-
Great breakfast! Please good the confusing number pointers coming off the elevators.

Great place would definitely recommend and will stay again

Room was large and clean. Very spacious. Just a bit dated but located close to the French Quarter.

The biggest issue was that I experienced a theft from my hotel room, with over $1K of items stolen. I immediately reported it to the front desk, and while the staff were generally accommodating and polite in taking my report, it has now been over a month later without resolution. I was told there are no security cameras on the guest room floors, so there was no available footage if anyone entered our room. Maintenance also told us the door had to be allowed to swing shut from about two feet away in order for it to latch properly, essentially suggesting I wasn't closing the door correctly. The door should properly latch without conditions on how to close it. Moreover, when I first arrived at night, the toilet in my room also was not flushing, so I had to wait until the next morning for a repair. The surrounding area also felt a bit sketchy, particularly at night, which only added to my concerns after the incident. That said, it was close to the French Quarter which was nice. The one bright spot was the breakfast, as it was tasty each morning. Overall, I cannot recommend staying here based on my experience. The combination of a theft, maintenance issues and the lack of a resolution has left me extremely disappointed.
