AC noise kept me up all night

Good time.

Mattie and Dion at the front desk were great. I had a good stay, thank you.

Parking is $50 per day. The room is very dim and unlit. Non of the facilities restaurants, shops, dining or bar was ever opened. For an AC hotel, bad experience

Terrace is not a terrace

It was great across the board room location and staff.

Nice location

My main complaint is the parking. The listing says the hotel has parking, but it does not clearly explain that there is no complimentary or self-parking available on-site. You must pay extra for valet parking or park your car in a nearby garage for an additional fee. This should be explained more clearly on the booking page so guests can include parking in their budget. Despite the parking issue, I would still give the hotel a high rating because of its excellent location and convenience.

Staff was very helpful and check in/ out and valet service was a breeze. Definitely would recommend.

Great location, nice staff. Really enjoyed this property.

The location cannot be beat! Super close to Bourbon St! CVS and Walgreens's close by along with multiple food options. Lloyd at front desk was helpful with dinner recommendations and Ursula is truly an asset to the hotel! I’ve never been told it was our pleasure to take care of you- the one drawback was that the room windows need to be cleaned- the room itself was, but when we looked out the window it was pretty dirty- I would rec this hotel to other travelers

We chose this hotel for its proximity to the French Quarter as my main purpose for this trip was to explore that area. The hotel was clean and the staff was super friendly. On the 7th floor there was a sign that said "hydration station" however it was just a nook with drawers and cabinets and nothing else.

1) ICE MACHINE > I am not sure this ice machine has ever been cleaned. It grossed me out, honestly. Looked like there was mold in the pan. Fourth floor. 2) TILING IN THE SHOWER > in the shower in my room, the tiling wasn't appropriately graded toward the drain. This meant there was ALWAYS standing water in the middle of the shower. Absolute mold nightmare, also freaked me out a bit. Location is great, though, and again, at this price point, it's hard to complain. AC worked. Plenty of comfy pillows. Nice big room. Not too loud.

Everything was quiet and nice.

The room was very clean, the front staff from 3-11 shift was AMAZING as well as the security guard. The morning crew wasn’t so friendly. They act as if they didn’t know their heads from their butts. The weekend breakfast(Mrs. Coco) was very rude, so my husband and I decided to eat breakfast away from the hotel. The Monday-Friday attendant was very friendly and apologetic for problems that we had encountered with the other attendant. The woman who was in charge of the Happy Hour at the Hotel had nothing happy about her. We went downstairs to grab a drink around 5:30 and she was on the other side of the Bar, where the guess sits, nor behind the bar and was having a heated conversation with someone on the phone. My husband at her was a bartender there and she said: I am the bartender but we aren’t open yet. He stated that the sign says 5-7 and she looked up and stated; it doesn’t matter, it opens at 5:30. He said well, it’s 5:30 now so are you open now. She proceeded to say NO, we aren’t open. We left to go get something to eat and came back an hour later and she was still sitting in the same spot. Other than those few things, everyone, from the housekeeper to the security guards and the afternoon from desk, were Amazing.
