AC Hotel by Marriott New Orleans French Quarter

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Truly enjoyed happy hour. The bartenders was very attentive to our large group and made us all feel welcomed.

What needs to change is affordable parking 30 dollars or 7 to 9 dollars depending on how long your parked - I spent and additional 200 in parking - Should get a deal with the parking garages and have a rate for your guest. That’s crazy and affects my judgement on staying there again to visit my son which is in college out there. Other than the parking nice hotel

The room is clean

Hotel was very nice and clean and right be bourbon st.

We had to move rooms 3 times immediately after checking in. The staff was great, but the first room smelled so incredibly bad, the second was basically a sauna, and we ended up staying in the 3rd room, which was okay. The door to the bathroom was a frosted glass with no lock. So much for privacy. The shower door swung in and out, but in order to turn it on, you had to lean way in and get wet in the process. Then, there was no bathroom fan, so the mirrors were all fogged up upon getting out. The room layout was very odd too. The breakfast was $20 on weekdays and $25 on weekends, and it was basically just a large charcuterie board. Not the best experience.

I didn’t enjoyed this property at all. Elevators were broken throughout the weekend. Staff only feet away didn’t bother to mention it or put up a sign. Bathroom door was broken, toilet shifted.

Valet parking was super easy. Staff was helpful. Breakfast is not free!

Location was great No dressers or night stands or anywhere to store unpacked items. Meaning you can't unpack at all and must live unorganized out of a suitcase on the floor.

I liked the property. However, we never received room service while out of the room and the ice machine on the floor was broken/out of service.

My room was clean, chic and modern. Located just a block or two from the Main Street in downtown New Ordeans, it was easy to access. I have nothing to say but nice things about the valet staff who were courteous and helpful.

The breakfast was good, lots of choice Felt valet parking was really expensive
