Fine for a short stay, nothing exemplary or outstanding. TV glitches and the amenities are outdated. Don’t recommend for a lengthy stay.
-
the lighting in my room was very poor and there were no drawers to store clothing. the shower door is on backwaeds so that when you turned on the water you had to get hit by the cold water
-
The rooms were nice and very clean, the sound

Check-in was easy and simple, valet was easy and quick, and the location was top tier. I’ll be back for sure

Awesome stay! Awesome breakfast! Awesome customer service!

The room was clean enough but on the smaller side. The beds were hard-not firm but hard. The air worked but the room never did get cold (I wanted to walk into a room that was drastically cooler from the hall) however that could be just a symptom of Louisiana in July. My toilet broke while there and they did fix it quickly. I didn't use any amenities although I valeted my car (would've been nice from them to help with my bags when I got there but they did help when I left). The location was great but the beds were so uncomfortable I won't be back.

I was fortunate that Jamie, Dion, Lloyd, and Abby were working during my stay because their exceptional hospitality stole the show and elevated the entire experience. While the hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and uniquely charming in its own quirky way, it was the outstanding service that made this visit unforgettable. Even with a windowless room, I felt safe, comfortable, and well cared for throughout my stay. Jamie was incredibly accommodating by arranging a late checkout, allowing me to enjoy my final morning in New Orleans without feeling rushed. Dion provided a warm welcome and made it possible for me to check in early, immediately making me feel like a valued guest. Lloyd took the time to share helpful tips on navigating the city, which made it easy to explore with confidence and maximize my time in New Orleans. Abby offered excellent recommendations for local restaurants and tours that enhanced my visit and helped me experience the city like a local. Each member of the team demonstrated genuine hospitality, professionalism, and a sincere commitment to outstanding guest service. Their attention to detail and personal touches transformed a great hotel stay into an exceptional experience.

Hotel staff is nice and helpful but they need new comforters. As it was mildew and mold on it once you put the flashlight on it.

The staff was nice and the hotel was clean.

I had bed bugs on my bed I let the the front desk know about and they told me they could change my sheets because all the rooms where sold out for the night then they moved me and my friends to a room that only had one bed when our room had two beds in it . The manger Jamie reynolds was so rude and nasty to me I would never stay with them again

My friend and I stayed here for Essence Festival and had to change our room 3 times the first night. I walked into the room and there was a big cockroach lying on its back still moving by the sitting area. I trying to move my luggage from by it but it kept rolling down hill because of how the room is made on a slope. I took a video and went back downstairs to complain I was given a new room. The second room wouldn’t open with my key because the lock malfunctioned. An engineer(maintenance) had to be called. After waiting another 30 mins, the lock was fixed. I went to blow my nose and went to put the tissue in the garbage and saw a big ring of feces all around the toilet!! After gagging and taking another video as proof, all they offered me another room with complimentary breakfast and 2 free drinks for the rest of our stay. The clerk said he had been getting complaints about housekeeping. The front desk clerk was very nice and tried his best to make the situation better. However, this is totally unacceptable for Marriott.

sketchy area- we were constantly shouted at by people on the street and even the security team for the hotel. Lighting in the hotel was very bad as well and the bathroom had a sliding door that didn't really close.
-
Air conditioning was fabulous. Staff was wonderful. Housekeeping sucks.
-
The floor could be more clean but the location, staff, and style of the room are beyond great.
-
Property was flame very well maintained modern. It was quiet perfectly located with them walking distance of the quarter in every other local business one during the stay

The hotel over all was good for its price point and location to everything. The lobby was very clean and modern. I did find the ac system wasn't the greatest as it would cut off at night and when it did come on it would burst the cold air in intervals at times. The floor by my bed was a little dirty however everything else appeared to be in tack. Also the beds were a bit smaller than I expected good for two people comfortably. They appeared to be full versus a queen..Again, great for the price point I do not need to mention, the staff being a accommodating as my arrival was later than expected however still allowed my roommates to check in before I arrived which I appreciated

Stayed a week for my daughter’s 21st birthday. Had an amazing stay. Great location. Staff were very friendly. Always felt safe.

The gentleman that checked me in I forgot his name I think he had tattoos was so incredibly nice. I really enjoyed the room he gave me. I had a view of a Christmas tree outside in the adjacent building which was just nice to fall asleep to. Only thing is maybe housekeeping should check underneath shelves and beds because I found beads which I didn’t really mind because it reminded me of where I’m at. Pretty close to everything and anything you need. Would stay here again.

The room was ok, nothing too special. It was clean enough and the AC worked the whole time. Staff was really nice and they let us checkout late since our flight wasn’t until 8pm. I wish they had complimentary breakfast, but they offered breakfast for $20 pp
