Customer Service Shower was kind hard to work

The air conditioning wasn’t cooling

The property overall was OK. It was a little bit outdated. The front desk staff was awesome but the restaurant staff was not. They were very rude. The TV did not work the whole time I was there. They’re supposed to be compensating people with honors points so we will see, but I must say I love New Orleans

I like the location. I didn’t like that the bathtub was outdated and the knob to turn the water on was broken. I had to rig the handle back into the wall to turn on the water and shower.

Only the staff The carpet was not vacuum , the tub was dirty with hair in it. The blanks on both beds had black marks. Look like someone walked on it. The toilet clogged right up and we had to call maintenance. The Wi-Fi was down so we weren’t able to watch TV. The door kept jamming and wouldn’t open until a couple of tries trying to get inside the hotel room.

Staff were lovely and welcoming, Amd the breakfast chef can absolutely cook!!!!

The location and the clean environment The hot water in the bathroom was non-existent and I asked for towels for two days, I received towels 10 minutes before check out

Every thing really was pretty good,,I enjoyed my stay,hotel was clean,staff was welcoming,,,,its just the pool wasn't open

Our top blanket was stained we removed it and placed in in wet towel pile to insure it would be discarded and changed . It was literally put back on the bed . Only gave us one set of towels when we asked for more they were completely out . The bathroom door would not close or get stuck here we had to free the person on the restroom ! The kicker was they shut our water off we had no water while needing f to get ready for an event with car service and told we will have a maintenance call in . I asked to wait on hold and not to be called back . They placed on hold and disconnected . The maintenance said oh your waters off . Took them 30 min and he said it should come back on I’m needed somewhere asap and left ?????? WTH ???? Had to push car service back and pay charges . And no response from property ! Still no one had reached out to tell us our water was back on . Was so glad to leave there !!!

Great when on a budget

Rooftop pool, but I was unable to use it during my stay

Checked in and had to switch room because the door was broken. Next room was better but both rooms did not have a view. The staff did their best to accommodate me and switch my room but none were available with a view. The pool (which I was very looking forward to using) was closed for my entire stay, which was very disappointing. Overall 3/5.
