Everything was good no problems

This hotel is perfectly situated. It is an easy walk to both the French Quarter and to locations in the Central Business District. The room was very clean and comfortable. The restaurant had a wonderful breakfast. My children particularly enjoyed the rooftop pool which has amazing views of the city. I would stay here again.

The room was clean, but needs room be updated. Something was wrong with the elevator and we could hear it in our room day and night. I will say, its very close to Bourbon street, its overall clean and the staff was pleasant

They were nonstop issues from the moment we arrived. We had to switch rooms due to a shower issue. Then the heating cooling did not work for a day and a half, and there was duct tape holding on the key card Swiper in the elevators, which shook like crazy the laundry room had one washer out of order and water all over the floor and the pool was tiny. No toilet paper in the fitness room the entire week I was there this place is terrible.

The location was perfect. It was close but far from everything. The pool was a bit small.

We had a great time on our stay at Hilton Garden Inn in New Orleans. We did have a room really close to the elevator, so that was a little disruptive of sleep. There was not a way to set the fan on the air conditioner to always be on to drown some of that out, so that would have been helpful. But regardless, we really enjoyed our stay. The bed was comfy, the room was clean, and it was a great place to land after spending the day in the heat in NOLA. Thanks!

Staff was kind and courteous. Tried to help any way they could. This hotel is part of the Hilton family and as such you would expect a certain level of quality. The best way I can put this is, you can polish a turd, but at the end of the day it is still a turd. Will not stay here again.

Love the convenience of the property but it needs a major renovation. My 1st room had rust in the bathroom and a permanent dirt ring in the shower and stains on the sheets. I asked for another room and supervisor came and inspected my room and granted me a room change. Well my new room also had rust in the bathroom and I was told the majority of the rooms have it. Hilton needs to do better.

bathroom was clean room was initially difficult to get into - the lock kept sticking and door difficult to open

Location Maintenance. Shower did not work. When it was “fixed” it ran constantly for the entire stay with maintenance not returning to fix.
