Hilton Garden Inn New Orleans French Quarter/CBD

The shower was not working properly. Needed certain things addressed but they could not. The pool was disgusting. They ended up closing it and drained it. For a Hilton facility, very disappointing.

Very clean, great location and nice rooms

The pregnant lady at the front desk was extremely helpful.

The staff was wonderful, the rooms were clean, and the maids were awesome. The pool was a little bit of a disappointment. It was cloudy and green. I’m not very inviting. The rooftop itself was nice with everyone in the location was probably the highlight of the trip.

Room was right beside the elevator and was extremely loud all hours of the day and night. Tried to use the rooftop pool and it was closed.

The room was very relaxing and spacious for 3 adults

Was not aware of having to pay to park regardless if you had a car $50.00 a day and we didn't. There was a small amount of tolit paper on the roll when we got there asked for more it was the next morning. And had to go down my self.told them refrigerator don't cool .on my last night was offered a different room turned it down changes should have been made on first day.never again in New Orleans

Location was not too far from everything Rooms are outdated and rooms have a water/mildew smell. Rooftop pool flooring is cracked badly, very unsafe for both staff and vacationers.

You have to go to the hotel next door and get a key and then walk a block down to the pet area for my sister's service dog.

The front desk staff were very friendly and delivered great customer service.

If you can stand the humidity everything is in walking distance. The staff was absolutely wonderful. Shootout to the employee at the front desk who is due in September, congratulations and we loved your service ❤️ ??

Good hotel

Took my money wasn't able to get a room just put a 700 dollar hold on my card , and couldn't book had to get another hotel

Location Bed not comfort Furniture old Tv has no cable only 6 channels Shower was dirty

Good hotel. Had to ask for hair dryer and remote for TV because it was not in room at arrival. Had to ask twice for them. Finally went to front desk to get them myself.

Pool was nice Dirty bedding staff never replaced called multiple times, Asked for extra towels staff refused, AC was broken, staff switched our room on day 2 door on new room & door kept jamming.

It was a very nice room super clean and the pool area was well maintained. Very nice staff and parking valet was great.
