Hilton Garden Inn New Orleans French Quarter/CBD

The staff was wonderful, the rooms were clean, and the maids were awesome. The pool was a little bit of a disappointment. It was cloudy and green. I’m not very inviting. The rooftop itself was nice with everyone in the location was probably the highlight of the trip.

Room was right beside the elevator and was extremely loud all hours of the day and night. Tried to use the rooftop pool and it was closed.

Was not aware of having to pay to park regardless if you had a car $50.00 a day and we didn't. There was a small amount of tolit paper on the roll when we got there asked for more it was the next morning. And had to go down my self.told them refrigerator don't cool .on my last night was offered a different room turned it down changes should have been made on first day.never again in New Orleans

You have to go to the hotel next door and get a key and then walk a block down to the pet area for my sister's service dog.

Good hotel

Good hotel. Had to ask for hair dryer and remote for TV because it was not in room at arrival. Had to ask twice for them. Finally went to front desk to get them myself.

It was fine. Good location too

It was a very nice room super clean and the pool area was well maintained. Very nice staff and parking valet was great.

Close to Amtrack. Close to the French Quarter. Both of those are walkable. Room was very clean. I would stay there again if I'm back in New Orleans.

Everything was good no problems

This hotel is perfectly situated. It is an easy walk to both the French Quarter and to locations in the Central Business District. The room was very clean and comfortable. The restaurant had a wonderful breakfast. My children particularly enjoyed the rooftop pool which has amazing views of the city. I would stay here again.

The room was clean, but needs room be updated. Something was wrong with the elevator and we could hear it in our room day and night. I will say, its very close to Bourbon street, its overall clean and the staff was pleasant

They were nonstop issues from the moment we arrived. We had to switch rooms due to a shower issue. Then the heating cooling did not work for a day and a half, and there was duct tape holding on the key card Swiper in the elevators, which shook like crazy the laundry room had one washer out of order and water all over the floor and the pool was tiny. No toilet paper in the fitness room the entire week I was there this place is terrible.

The location was perfect. It was close but far from everything. The pool was a bit small.
