Replace your shower heads for better water flow. The tiny shower holes made bathing slower than it needs to be.

Essence festival weekend problem with elevators resulted in non refundable reservation fees and missed/ delay opportunities to enjoyed

Great location. Air wasn’t working in the first room we was assigned but they gave us another room with working air.

Staff was great, notified us for an early check in and held our luggage until check in, as we had an early flight. Great views from the rooms and nice pool top access’s!

Room I paid for was not available upon arrival and was given a downgrade with no compensation for the amount paid for the specific room besides a drink and food voucher.

The staff was amazing! I loved having the parking as part of my Expedia deal! Saved us so much money.

The style

Our stay was wonderful. Convenience to tourist areas and to food was definitely appreciated. Everything was walking distance to hotel which was helpful being that we did not rent a vehicle for our trip. I couldn’t give 5 stars for review mainly because of the temperature in the room. I started to complain until I saw that the AC issue was one of the commonality amongst other guests. The resolution to their complaints appear to also be the same. I don't have a degree in maintenance, however I do feel that the issue is the placement of the vent behind the wall of the sleeping area. The food and bar drinks were not the best. So being close to other options solved this issue very easily. Other than room temperature and food, the lodging and staff was great.

This hotel is in a good location. The staff was friendly answered questions about the hotel and local food recommendations! I’d stay here again. The gym and pool was nice as well.

Simply awesome

AC in the lobby had been out for multiple weeks. I had no remote in my room when I first arrived. I had to ask people multiple times to receive a remote. Showers had no water pressure. Would not stay here again.

Checking in was pleasant Air conditioning was broken, had to change rooms, inconsistent service, no blow drier in room … then was brought a broken blow drier. No meals in restaurant. Bar tender was rude.

The roof top swimming pool was amazing. Sat up there and enjoy the cool breeze.

Deniro,Kendra,Ken, were awesome!! Cameron Dar playing at the bar . Definitely go back for my staycation next time

Convenient to downtown; great property

This was my second time staying here and it was great. Staff is always friendly and welcoming. Room is very nice and clean. The bar area has great food and drinks. I look forward to staying here again!

Inside, the floor was dirty in the bathroom indicating no one bothered to sweep. I was then switched to another room which also had floors that had been failed to be swept. These indications led me to believe that anything was possible to still be dirty in the room, including sheets and I wasn’t sleeping there! The front desk lady was very nice & so was the hallway attendant, Carlis. But other than that, the hotel had a smell similar to cheese & I left and went next door to the NOPSI which is an excellent hotel.

Liked the valet parking and staff. Disliked the dog area. Very dirty. Very secluded and inconvenient. Had to go down a side street. Suggest maybe a dog Area on premise by the pool area.

I really enjoyed my stay.
