Aloft by Marriott New Orleans Downtown

When we return to visit New Orleans we are coming back to this hotel. Clean and friendly staff. We got at the hotel at 9am and checkin was supposed to be at 4pm. Immediately checked us in without hesitation or having to ask.

I stayed at the aloft in Arizona it was a 10/10 so I’m like okay let me book them for new Orleans there were so many problems I was over it

First room didn’t have working AC, but they quickly moved us to one that did. No complaints with the room, other than poor water pressure in the shower. It was also hit or miss on whether the toilet would flush or not on the first try. Bed was comfortable. Within walking distance of French Quarter and many restaurants.

Perfect location; walkable to everything. Staff are amazing; just go head and book.

Check in process was horrible. Not properly planned or organized.

The staff was amazing, the bartenders were a vibe, and the location is literally 5 minute walk to canal street.

I enjoyed staying at hotel, but I didn't receive the room that booked and paid for, kept being told we are completely booked.

The location was great, and the rooms were clean and well-maintained. The staff struck me as a bit nonchalant, but it might be me not understanding the Southern culture.

I really loved my bartender Renee she was absolutely the best !

Great staff bad preparation on the hotels behalf

Shower was not up to standard

Check in was delayed by 2 hours;also hot water did not work in room;lukewarm in both shower & sink.Reported 3 times still no fix.
