Good size room, laundry service, 90 percent of the staff were amazing, the men on staff went out of their way to make my stay great. Especially the lovely young man that helped me with my laundry & the other gentleman that assisted in the process to get my laundry issues rolling. Thank you. A blind to black out the light was missing on one of the windows. I felt that some of the staff on the front desk could be a little more approachable, if they used their beautiful smiles more on greeting guests.

The location was great! It was close to everything. The staff were all very friendly We had a light out in the bathroom so the shower was really dark. Maintenance came by to fix it and it was some wires messed up. We were supposed to get drink vouchers for the inconvenience but never received them.

Shower didn’t work. They said someone was coming and didn’t. Attention to detail was is horrible. Definitely not worth the cost.

The room was clean and the facilities are well taken care of, the only issue was that I was issued 1 key card for a room with 3 adults. It made it somewhat difficult to fully explore the city as individuals as the key card had to keep being passed around.

I even removed the sheets and covers for a fresh set, and my bed wasn’t made or even left with clean sheets for me to do it myself. Very disappointing, especially since this used to be my favorite hotel downtown. I highly recommend staying somewhere else!
