NOPSI Hotel, New Orleans

Was visiting for Essence Festival and stayed here for 1 night. And i can honestly say that my stay here was better than the other hotel that i stayed at for 3 days. I appreciated the staff being helpful and Kevin certain made the effort to point us in the right direction for food and sites to see. Definitely will return to this hotel in the future.

My stay at THE NOPSI was great as always. Shout out to Dek at the front desk. Greeted me by name every day I was there and made sure I had everything I need. Cant member their names but the bellhops and bartender downstairs were also cool and very helpful.

Clean room n great breakfast

Everything was great. But the entire 6th floor smelled like a hamster cage. You really need to work on the smell.

love this hotel! everytime i stay, it's always a pleasant experience.. the staff, cleanliness, responsiveness and amenities are wonderful! the rooftop pool/bar are also very nice!

Did not have the room I booked but I enjoyed the stay

The only issue was valet!!! If we’re being charged $50 per night and it takes 20-30 minutes one time 40 minutes to get your car then hire more help or reduce the cost. Everything else was great!

Overall I had a great experience the hotel allowed me to check in early which was great Being I had a business meeting. Overall I enjoyed my stay

Great location -- walkable and felt safe.

Lovely hotel well situated within New Orleans. Plenty of eating and drinking options in close proximity. 15 min walk to the WW2 museum (well worth a visit- 3/4 hours). The room allocated was very comfortable and spacious. The breakfast provided was very good. I had a $20 credit on each breakfast so only paid the excess above that. The 3 complimentary glasses of wine were very nice. I used the pool area and it was spacious and quiet. All the staff I encountered were very pleasant, friendly and professional. On departing the hotel I had to query 2 items on my bill. A drinks bill and a excess breakfast bill. Fortunately I had the time to query these items as it would have set me back 60/70 dollars otherwise.

The Nopsi Hotel was a great experience. I’ll be back next year.

Friendly staff, location, spacious room Everything was great!

First was sold on an upgraded room with terrace view only to find that the room was as nice as a Super 8 for four times the price. The bar staff at the main and rooftop bar act like they are on salary and not working for tips. Completely slow won’t help you and just stay to one side of the bar rail. Reception staff was friendly but aside from that down hill. Had holes in carpet, and cheap pads for lounge chairs on terrace.

This was my second stay at Nopsi and they always have a wonderful atmosphere and staff that are always welcoming and attentive to everyone and everything. Wonderful service!
