This property has an unpleasant surprise: a $35 daily “destination fee” tacked on at check-in that is essentially a shakedown for things taken for granted these days: WiFi, coffee, limited bottled water, and fitness center. It’s nearly hidden on their website and totally invisible on Expedia. Buyer beware.

The hotel was in a great location. It was close to a lot of the tourist attractions, but a good distance where it was not loud. The hotel was clean and housekeeping came in to make the beds every morning.

The room itself was outstanding, and the bed was easily one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. Every detail contributed to a relaxing and memorable stay. I cannot say enough positive things about this hotel and its incredible staff. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-tier experience.

Rooms were a nice size, but if you don’t like the smell of marijuana then don’t stay here. Had to ask to have my room cleaned after my 2nd day staying here. Yelling and screaming in the room next to me u til 1am, did call security, didn’t help tho.

Some stuff outdated. Area was close to everything, pool was phenomenal minus not enough reclining chairs and the umbrella blowing so hard it dropped my Things and broke my Fitbit as it went under the umbrella base when the wind blew it. I had gone to the bar for a drink and another guest told me how it happened and that’s why he had been picking up what flew for me. I know this is a mixed review but I mean overall it’s a positive, I just wanna give constructive criticism to help for others experience

This is a beautiful hotel in a great location. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. However, we were a bit surprised and turned off by the condition of the carpets in our room. Very stained and worn, and in need of updating!

Our initial encounter was as pleasant as we hoped for, yet that turned around quickly with the supervisor. He was emphatic and accountable. The hotel is beautiful and all the amenities are worth each dime.

Such a nice hotel. I love how spacious and clean the rooms are. Not to mention comfortable. Roof top pool is undeniably fun. Staying again!
