The location was excellent, and the historic building itself has wonderful character and ambiance. The front desk staff were pleasant and polite throughout my stay. It was completely unacceptable to let out a room with a known 24/7 mechanical fault—a failing chiller fan creating a constant, low-frequency vibration that felt like sleeping in a torture chamber. This was not a last-minute reservation, yet management knowingly assigned an unusable room. I tried to address the issue while I was there, but received zero support—staff falsely marked a maintenance call as "completed" without visiting, offered no room change, and provided no resolution. To charge full price for a compromised room and acknowledge the issue on checkout without addressing it is an appalling way to treat guests.

Bar manager was not giving great vibes for 2 days while I was at the bar didn't look happy while doing his job and wasn't friendly as far as customer service
