The breakfast was good room was clean housekeeping was good and stafff was nice and welcoming

This was not a very good hotel to stay in. I had to spend hours trying to find another hotel to go to due to the conditions of this hotel. While the staff tried to be helpful, upon check-in, she noted that she’d only been there for two days. This is all while another client was complaining that for the third time she has had trouble with her room and could not get into her room and maintenance never came. The hallway had garbage and junk in it. The door look like it had been pride into. The floor in the bathroom was slippery. The hallway smelled like a vomit. It was a horrible experience. I tried to contact the hotel several times to inform them that I did not want the room and I wanted to check out. The front desk never answered. This went on for hours until I had to contact Expedia and they too could not get in charge with the front desk. Meanwhile, they charge my card and now I will have to dispute this with my credit card. This is a warning to many of you, no matter what the comments say in the rating say, this hotel was not it at all!

The room was Clean I just didn’t like it’s was no where to sit outside around the property no tables chairs anything it was only the pool area which is small so never really any space to sit. The breakfast wasn’t too good either same thing every day and not many options. The receptionist must be getting worked to death because she was very tired every time I talk to her. I was there 5 days. Tv is very small I wear glasses and still couldn’t read the guide channel.

I came from Philadelphia for Essence. DIAMOND AND AYANNA AT THE FEONT DESK WAS FABLOUS , SO SWEET AND KIND. MY HOTEL STAY WAS CLEAN AND SAFE. I could not have been happier.

Front deck was very friendly!

Tv did not work. Air conditioner was extremely noisy.

The location was perfect and the staff were all friendly. Easy access to restaurants, shopping and was able to find a church and attended mass.

I told the front desk clerk about, he said turn yout air up to help with the stuffy odor. Sir, that the smell of mold and mildew. He finally changed my room, which was not much better.

The Staff was EXCELLENT! Very helpful and informative of needed information. Little thing, we notice of fixtures in bathroom.

Great staff!

Staff looked after our bags for a few hours. Reception not well staffed - quite long waits to be seen. The laundromat was still not fixed after we'd stayed here a few days ago. This was really inconvenient as we're travelling for quite a long time. There's no nearby laundromat either.

Only one elevator working at the time we were staying and had no stairs to be used.

In a helpful area at its own parking

Breakfast, walking distance to the French Quarter, staff was helpful. The pool was cloudy, only one working elevator.

The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was pretty good. The inside of the hotel was clean. they did have quite a few rats outside. the pool itself had green algae in it. the bathroom ceiling leaked.

I thought the location was perfect! The bed and pillows were soft and comfortable. The breakfast was pretty good and the staff was friendly. Our bathroom smelled really bad in the hotel room; it has a gassy sewer smell. Only 1 elevator worked and it was always backed up leading to 10 -15 minute wait times.

Breakfast was fairly good - most of the usual staples. One of two lifts (elevators) was broken which meant quite long delays, especially in the morning. Several ice machines were not working - it took a while to track down a working one.

Clean rooms and awesome staffs. Breakfast was adequately prepared.

This place is a dump, the furniture was dated and dingy. Only one elevator was working making g e wait times to get in and off 5 -10 minutes each time. Only perks is breakfast and location. Other than that stay away.
