Great feature

They have clean rooms with hot water and breakfast was great. Coffee and Tea options anytime was awesome. Property well maintained.

Decent buffet breakfast staff changed towels and sheets daily. A Geico somehow got into bathroom and custodian removed it within 5 minutes of calling front desk

Roach in our room, door to the bathroom didn’t shut. Never staying there again

Staff could not have been more friendly or welcoming. The parking is excellent and location perfect for business as well as tourism..we had an amazing stay!!

Overall, our state was amazing. The front staff was also amazing. They also gave us some information over the whole town. This was a great stay for me and my family.

Exactly what I expected

Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I would stay here again. The staff at the desk and around the hotel were a joy to interact with. Two noise issues keep me from giving a five-star review: On the second night of my stay, the fire alarm went off for about 10-15 seconds just after midnight. On the bright side, we didn't have to evacuate, but I lost about an hour of sleep after being startled awake in the middle of the night, and this was a work trip, so it wasn't a time I wanted to be less rested. (I don't know how often the fire alarm goes off, and whether it was a prank or a technical glitch.) The other is the general soundproofing/insulation on the floor I stayed on; between that and the gap between the floor and the door to the room, I could hear any noise in the hallway with very little sound absorption.

Very efficient and friendly team, helpful too

The staff was very friendly and tried to help, which I appreciated. The only real positive about this hotel is its location—it's very close to Bourbon Street. Other than that, I wouldn't recommend staying here.

Good stay

The room was a decent size but definitely not spacious especially what was described otherwise. The pool was greenish tinted. The laundry room out of service and ice machine. The breakfast was good and the coffee machine was a great bonus. The parking is good but if overcrowded you have to park in another location.

This hotel was old but had some upgrades in the lobby.. Paint is different colors throughout the room out room.. Two of the pillows had spots on the pillowcases.. The toilet had been cracked and they used glue to seal it back but still had a big hole around the lever to flush.. The breakfast didn't look edible so we passed on it all four days.. The ice machine was broken on both the first floor and our floor which was the second floor.. The staff was nice and the location was good but I wouldn't stay again.

Hotel was just okay. Rooms need better housekeeping. Floors were not vacuumed. Soap scum was not cleaned in the shower. Pool was murky. However, the staff were kind and attentive and took heed to the complaints about the housekeeping. The breakfast was also pretty good and changes throughout the week.
