Room Was Clean & Staff Was Very Helpful
-
The cleanliness of the room was superb and the view of the city was more exciting

This hotel is a gem and the staff was very friendly. We even met the sales and marketing director at breakfast greeting guest! The team knows how to take care of guest. My only thought is breakfast can use an uplift Marriott. Visually nice but food carts and dried eggs… the happy hour beer, fresh fruit water and coffee made up for it.

Everything was amazing, except for the toilet issue. I would definitely stay again. The bed was very comfortable.

The room was very clean and housekeeping staff came every morning. The room had a kitchenette with a mini fridge, microwave, faucet, metal utensils, bowls and plates. There was also a closet with an ironing board and iron. The complimentary breakfast didn’t have much variety but it was still good. The whole property was very clean and modern. The front desk and valet staff were nice and friendly as well and greeted us. I would definitely recommend and I would stay at this hotel again. It was a really nice experience.

We stayed 1 night at this property. We valet parked, there was a long section of road marked off for valet parking. The attendant took care off us immediately. Check-in went smooth. The room was very nice and clean with a view of the city (mostly buildings). The hotel uses floors 10-17 for rooms and floor 3 has the fitness room. The bathroom was large and had excellent water pressure. The shower got hot fast and stayed hot. The hotel was within walking distance of everywhere we planned to go so it was very convenient. The complimentary breakfast has some grab and go options and also a kitchen to provide cooked options. Overall we would very likely stay here again.

Great hotel
-
I booked this hotel for my daughter’s birthday and I’ve never been to the property before. The staff was extremely helpful and professional, I had a little trouble opening our room door and the ladies at the front desk came up to make sure everything worked out for us. I will be booking again.

Great location, clean spacious rooms
-
I liked the yogurt corner and happy hour appetizers. Another special touch is 3 kinds of herbal tea available at 8 pm. We walked daily to the WWII museum and also to the French Quarter. Rodrigo from the reception was very helpful and even remembered my name. We stayed for 6 nights

It was amazing
-
This was an amazing establishment. Very clean and the staff were very polite. The view from the 17th floor was the best thing I’ve ever seen in my life. A little Scary being up that high but very beautiful up there! I was one block from bourbon street. I have the opportunity to have a personal tour guide Saturday night and the bell man ensured me that I was safe and in good hands!!!! The breakfast was okay! I felt with a personal chef we could actually have a decent breakfast, especially since we’re paying a lot of money and it’s by the Marriott! But every thing else was extremely wonderful!!!!
