Never write reviews. This hotel was great. From the doorman, reception and room - super great experience.

They put a security deposit hold on your card and if u book with a third party provider they don’t tell you that whatever isn’t covered as far as taxes and fees are taken out your security deposit. So I was charged extra money after I booked and paid in full. Once I called them to question about the charge they said that I should have been informed and I let them know I wasn’t. They told me I needed to take it up with the third party I booked with. But when I booked it stated taxes and fees was applied.

Location Our room was canceled because we didn’t check in before 3:30 pm along with other guests. The older lady with gray braids at front desk was very rude and unhelpful!! If room was reserved with credit card it shouldn’t matter when I arrived

The place is well situated and very clean with all possible amenities provided in the room including induction cooktop, dishes, microwave, fridge and more. The bathroom was super clean.
