Everything was clean . Staff was amazing . Loved the experience .

Secured, cleaned, location and friendly staff

The staff was great very nice. But our room crap. Sometimes the water worked and sometimes there was no water. The frigerator dident but work the freezer did. The kitchen faucet and bathroom shower head was about to fall apart.

I'm happy I stayed at this hotel. The staff is super friendly, the room are really spacious, equipped with kitchenette and small dining table. Breakfast is included consisting of eggs, bacon, sausage, oatmeal, bread, fruits, pancakes, juice, tea and coffee. The hotel has a pool and hot tube, too bad I didn't have the time to enjoy them. The location is perfect for those taking the 202 Airport Express, the stop is right across the hotel. Bourbon St is within 12 min walk and Jackson Square 25 min walk.

While the location was great and the rooms are spacious I had several issues with the staff charging my card on file for unauthorized charges. When I brought it to their attention they said it was just a mistake and they had charged my card since Expedia didn’t send over the virtual card yet to do the transaction between hotel and third party on the backend. This was after checking out do one reservation and checking into another one. I was assured this wouldn’t happen again and surely I just checked out and am on my flight to my next destination and not only did they charge me twice for the incidental fee for a prepaid reservation ($200) but they also charged me another full amount for the room and taxes ($110.62). I would be wary of putting any card you care about on file here they seem to do whatever they want and their system errors make it so you get charged twice on incidentals especially for prepaid reservations. Probably won’t be back because of this.

Decent location for the price point, the hot breakfast surprised me, was actually pretty decent. Would def consider staying again.

Front desk ladies had a bit of an attitude but not to the level of being impolite. Room was excellent, clean, set ip for business person who had to wory in the room durimg the ecening. The breakfasts were also excellent. Would definitely sray there again.

The two bedroom suite was perfect for a week long stay. The free breakfast each morning was good. They had different things each morning, but always fresh coffee, bagels, muffins and cereal. There were different eggs on different days. Either poached, pre-made omelets, scrambled or boiled. There was meat each morning and even turkey sausage for us non- pork eaters. They had cold water available when you walk in the lobby each day. They even had dog water bowls and treats.

The staff was not helpful and the room were clean but the property was not. A lot of homeless around the property.
