Perfect area, spacious rooms , clean, lots of amenities! The shower didn’t have a soap holder so I had to put my soap on the floor which I didn’t like. The shower also didn’t close it looked as if a sliding suit was supposed to be there but it was just one glass side so it got cold in the shower. Also I would’ve liked more mirrors in the room. One mirror was kind of crazy to work with when staying with other girls lol

Ideal location for vacation. Walking distance to French quarter. The front desk staff are unprofessional and rude. Cleaning could be improved, there were stains in our “clean” towels. Valet service is very poor and needs better structure. Not to mention on Saturday night my vehicle would not be returned to me when requested and the next morning my steering wheel cover had been removed, things in my car were completely re arranged and adjustments had been made to all my mirrors which is unusual and unnecessary with valet services, especially when they (are supposed to only) drive your car 20 feet away into a car garage connected to the building. I tried reporting this to the building but of course, the front desk did not care and when asked to be given a phone number to valet management- that number did not pick up. Waste of over $100 parking fee they charge when you have to deal with this. Just pay cheaper garage parking next door. Horrible experience all around, just a convenient area.

The kitchen was designed beautifully. Thank you for the coffee maker with the coffee. The ice maker was fast and not stingy. I was so impressed with all the appliances so my next appliance will be Bosch. The living room was so nicely spacious. The bathroom heated made it comfortable. The shower was nicely decorated. The bed was perfect so comfortable. I didn’t feel my hubby toss and turn at all. I loved sitting by the window watching the city life go by. I liked the door codes instead of searching for a card or key. My hubby didn’t like it because he couldn’t remember the code sometimes. The carpet had stains, so it needs to be replaced. I only wish I had baking dishes and mixing bowls. I am glad there will be a bar next time but I walked to a bar. Parking was confusing but the valet people were friendly and helpful.

The bed was very uncomfortable and some of the front desk people were not that nice or helpful.

The pros of this property are Fantasitc huge space Washer Dryer Full Kitchen Terrace Direct lift to the 9th floor The staff espeically Chandler were fantastic The cons The bed was abysmal it was the cheapest crappiest foam mattress I have ever had the miserable displeasure to sleep on, The poor quality of the mattress caused both my husband, and I sleep issues which impacted our dream/bucket list holiday to New Orleans, there where only shutters in the bedroom so it never got really dark, as light from outside wasn't blocked The pressure in the shower left alot to be desired

The room was clean. The building manager was absolutely incredible as were every member of his staff that we encountered. He went out of his way to help us with additional cooking utensiles were needed, and was gracious to quickly locate and delivery an arm chair for the living area after my 74 year old mother tore her meniscus. He also sent up a repairman to unstick a corroded tub faucet diverter so that I could take a bath. The TV in the living area had serious issues with contrast and color adjustments where the picture was extremely dark and almost a purple cast that signaled it was near the end of it's life.
