Great location, comfortable clean room and helpful friendly staff No early check in and then at 3pm, Having to wait a while for the employee to come back from lunch. It can be exhausting after a long trip

I have already asked the staff to clean the room, but the problem recurs as soon as this person returns. I believe this issue can be resolved if proper ventilation is ensured or a designated space is provided outside the rooms for shoes and socks.

How smooth everything was and mostly importantly how clean and comfortable it was.

Very surprised how comfortable my stay was. Had low expectations because of the price, was blown away about every aspect from comfort to cleanliness. 5 stars would recommend.

The hostel is one of the best I’ve stayed at! Amazed at how clean it is and the number of bathrooms available. The room was extremely clean and comfortable. Great location- walking distance to most key areas. Nothing! It was incredible

Lovely propert it's really nice I prefer to use the handicap shower easier to show more space they have a small convince shop but food on the strip is expensive

The rooms are very good in size and comfortable. Also, the number of bathrooms and the fact that you use them individually are very good things. Besides that, they provide free coffee and have a very good common area in the reception to chill out and play some billiards. My only complaint is in a very small detail, I would say that the curtains that you have in each bed to kind of isolate yourself from the room, could be a bit longer, like, +10 cm (~7 inches), so you can completely isolate yourself and have more privacy. Now, you have a 6 cm (~3 inches) open space that someone from outside can see into your space when you are lying down in the bed.

Hi NOLA is in a great location, corner of Canal and Rampart, so street cars are just a few blocks away. Restaurants and shops galore. Beds are very comfortable, with curtains! Rooms are large. There are more than enough bathrooms with showers for all. (Individual bathrooms). The a/c is incredibly strong. Bring sweats! Great kitchen and lovely large foyer. The staff were very helpful but not as friendly as at some other Hi I’ve stayed at.

Best hostel I've had. Super clean. Some rooms near the streets may be a bit noisy, but for me, it's acceptable.

The hostel has excellent facilities. It has a very nicely furnished lobby. The location wasn't especially interesting. There was no breakfast available.
