Better than some hotels out there! Super clean and modern , friendly staff! Cant fault the place

I plan on staying again real soon. The beds in the dorm were comfortable and clean. The temperature was very cool which was nice after being in the heat. If I could give it an extra star i would.

Hotel segregation. Normal hotels will place guest in dorms with people of mixed ethnic groups. I noticed I was placed in a room full of other Black women who were loud, rude and inconsiderate.

We had a great time before our cruise. This room had a queen bed and a set of bunk beds. It was great for us, since we had two adult children with us. The bunk beds were very tall.

Location is great. It is peaceful, quiet and still close to everything!

The bed was very comfortable! I would not recommend the top bunk, if you are older than 20. The laundry room needs some way to track the people that are using the machines as the staff was not willing to manage taking out guest clothes when they were not prompt to remove from machines. Overall I would stay there again it was convenient. Bring a sleeping eye mask if you need a nap during the day hours.

The kitchen facilities are excellent, and there is a nice collection of books along with a snooker table. Overall, it is a great place to stay, especially if you are travelling alone. The staff is very helpful—I interacted with Rachel and Kaira, and they were very supportive throughout my stay. I even spent my birthday there, which made the experience more memorable. In terms of location, it is very convenient, with easy access to major areas and landmarks in New Orleans. The rooms are not properly ventilated, which is creating discomfort. Additionally, some residents do not maintain good personal hygiene. I am facing a similar issue in the 6- shared dormitory—one person’s shoes produce a very strong odor, and despite the inconvenience, he does not seem concerned about it. I have already asked the staff to clean the room, but the problem recurs as soon as this person returns. I believe this issue can be resolved if proper ventilation is ensured or a designated space is provided outside the rooms for shoes and socks.

How smooth everything was and mostly importantly how clean and comfortable it was.

Very surprised how comfortable my stay was. Had low expectations because of the price, was blown away about every aspect from comfort to cleanliness. 5 stars would recommend.

Had such an amazing stay here. The hostel is one of the best I’ve stayed at! Amazed at how clean it is and the number of bathrooms available. The room was extremely clean and comfortable. Great location- walking distance to most key areas. Nothing! It was incredible
