Everything was excellent, clean and I liked that the bathrooms were private. Receptionists were very nice and replaced the keycard I lost with no problem. The door into the room was very loud and creaky but thats not a big deal. It was chilly inside but I guess its like that everywhere and makes sense.

The room is huge and very comfortable. The A/C works smoothly. Check-in was very easy, and they even allowed us to check-in early. The location is great, close to public transportation and French Quarter. The bathroom floor does get a little wet when you take a shower, but a towel on the floor solves the problem easily.

The property is very pretty. I did ask for a bed refresh the first day and no one did it, my comfort had a ripped zipper. The comforter did not get changed until i found housekeeping.

This was my first hostel experience, and I honestly loved it! HI New Orleans was clean, modern, comfortable, and well organized. I loved having privacy curtains, individual lockers, and outlets at each bed. The location was convenient, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I was nervous about my first shared-room experience, but everything went smoothly. I would definitely stay here again!

The hostel is right off Canal ST so it is very vibrant with noise. Staff was extremely friendly and helped with recommendations as well as activities to do in NOLA and the French Quarter. Definitely recommend staying here!
