Very historic and perfect location! Nothing!

The property is very stylish, very old school New Orleans!! I also love it’s location it’s in the middle of everything! I liked everything about this property

The staff was so nice and welcoming. Recommended different places to eat and things to do. Made us feel so welcome. I asked them to do a little something as a surprise for my fiancé for his birthday and they put up a banner for when we arrived. 10/10 couldn’t say anything bad about this place. I loved the room. Nothing

I love the location the view the loft style and more… It wasn’t a full body mirror

Absolutely perfectly placed close to the action but not right on top of the party. Everything was within short walking distance and right next to public transportation for everything else.

The balcony and the room was great No tv upstairs

Good location, close to FC but still not in it. Friendly staff, the apartmann was big and comfortable. -

The room was so nice! And couldnt beat the price. What also stood out, is usually affordable rooms have crappy beds and thin sheets, but this room had top of the line beds and thick bed sheets. We slept so good. And it was so roomy more so than a small hotel room. The location was perfect too. We will be back on our next stay Couldn't complain about anything. Everything was so nice.

No television in the bedroom and the check out time

Beware of this property ! It is neither a boutique hotel or anything else but a worn down, filthy, noisy trap on a sketchy block of Canal. Dirty rooms, dysfunctional outlets, bathroom sink breaking out of the wall, whatever you touch falls down. You share the balcony with other guests, gas smell in the hallway, adjacent tol night bar, homeless people upfront the building. Unsafe environment. Don't be tricked by the published photos !

Everything Nothing

It was a great location for us! We we going to a show at the Orpheum theater ! The price was amazing. It is an older boutiquey hotel so if your expecting hotel amenities and perks this is not for you. It’s quaint and has old city charm. Staff was wonderful and so sweet! Windows were fogged.. but I get it because of all balcony availability to all staying. And street can be loud .. but they provided ear plugs yay!!

The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. She held our bags after we checked out and offered an umbrella when it rained. She couldn't have been nicer. n/a

The staff texted to make sure we had everything we needed which was nice. The man at the front desk helped us with our luggage which was sweet. The parking garage across the street was much cheaper than other parking in the area. Nothing really. Maybe having to go to the bar next door to get ice, which really wasn't too bad. From the outside, the place is a little dated.

Great Location. Friendly staff. Spacious room. Terrible mattress on the sofa.
