I loved the amenities in the bedroom like the espresso machine and tea kettle. The shower was amazing as well, never have had a shower in a hotel with massage jets!

Definitely the staff made our stay perfect here. From our welcome to departure they were great. But the hotel is old grandeur, facilities great, poolside lovely, all in all a lovely stay. Trolley bus stop just opposite. Nothing. Liked everything.

The bellmen responded quickly. The restaurant on property. Delmonico’s was good and the staff was professional. The price they charged me was a different rate than the booking.com rate. They also charge an additional 200.00 dollar fee as a “room hold” that they say will go back on my credit card in 7-10 days. I’ve never heard of an additional 200.00 charge. If this is their policy, it should be stated policy up front. The room was sub standard. They pass off your luggage to 4 different people so you’re tipping four people. One person unloads luggage to curb. Another person lifts from curb up small number of stairs to front door. A third brings from front door to check in. A fourth person brings from check in to room. The rooms and halls smelled of mildew, the carpet was stained with wine/blood. The windows were dirty and the upholstery/pillows were dated and uncomfortable

at check in the staff person was so kind and friendly. i wish i would have caught his name . Upon learning it was our 52th anniversary, he left and returned with champagne and chocolates! Wonderful experience ! All was perfect
