Staffless magnificent, a welcome experience and incredible, and the girl tried to upsell me, which was something that you don’t see anymore from hotels. They are still in the hospitality business at the Roosevelt hotel.

We only stayed 1 night, but enjoyed our stay and the in-room dining. Also enjoyed the lounges and cafe. Great shower and bed!

Very clean rooms. The pool is nice but very overcrowded due to the size of it. The staff was great from the front desk to the valet. It’s a wonderful hotel.

We enjoyed our stay at the Roosevelt. It was a great location to experience the city on foot. At check in, Alexis found out it was our anniversary and sent a lovely gift basket to our room. I was refreshing to have daily (and sometimes mulit-daily) room service with clean towels brought in and our room picked up. We had forgotten how nice real service can be and the staff at the Roosevelt reminded us. Thank you for your service with a smile while we were there.

Although the hotel surroundings were a little sketchy, it is a beautiful hotel. Nice rooms. Wondering staff. The Fountain Lounge food is fantastic. And just about everything is in walking distance. I would definitely stay again.

Excellent Had a noise issue at 1:30 am which was quickly addressed by hotel staff. The noise was from the Louis Armstrong Jazz Suite. Super loud tv and we could not sleep.
