The bed was very comfortable. The pillows were soft. The room was very clean. The people at the desk were polite and friendly very nicely dressed and hair well done. The porters at the front of the hotel were very nice and friendly. The room was across from the elevators, The front entrance way was dark and unappealing, the back entrance also. The Blue Room was tacky. The people working in the Blue Room uniforms looked uncleaned, not all but some.

Fantastic old style hotel with excellent staff and sizeable rooms. Pool was shallow and small.

The room was excellent, the location where we were was excellent. the bed was comfortable and the sitting area was very comfortable. I didn't to much care for the pillows. The parking for valet is too expensive. if we are paying a lot to stay parking should be free.

This is a beautiful hotel and everyone was wonderful to interact with. They helped with luggage, getting rides and the restaurant had good food and drinks. It was a great stay for two nights.

Hotel cleanliness. Friendly staff. Nice location and walking distance to French Quarter attractions and restaurants. Public parking across the street. Comfortable bed and pillows. And mostly important given NOLA it was quiet for a good nice sleep! Nothing.

The staff and extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The food was delicious even room service did not disappoint.
