Absolutely zero complaints. Will be back.

Very beautiful hotel. There was construction going on during our stay so a few amenities were not available, but it was a very nice stay anyways.
-
There were two days our room did not get cleaned! Both days there were notes left saying that our "Do not disturb" sign was posted on the door which was not true for either day! The last night there was a knock on our door at 9:30pm offering water and Chocolates! We were already in bed as we had an early morning flight! Seemed like an odd time to be knocking on doors!

It’s excellent hotel can’t think of anything bad to say. I will stay there again and again and again.

Hotel room with sitting area had such an amazing view of the city. Kids really loved the pool & hottub. Beautiful hotel, would for sure stay here again!

Wonderful place to stay !!

Property is older and not well maintained. Service was the same service you can expect at any other hotel in the mid level range. Rooms were spacious but clearly outdated and needed some work.
-
Love the location and how easy it is to get to French Quarter sites. The particular room I had (a very comfortable suite) could use a good deep clean - orange stains on the carpets, scale build up on the glass shower doors, as well as a broken bathroom door handle. Staff are always very friendly and helpful.

Everything was wonderful especially the room and the pool!
-
Amazing property, pool area could use some updating but excellent service there too

Excellent Outstanding!!!!!!

We had a fantastic stay at The Roosevelt. The bed was so comfortable, and the shower was lovely — the bathroom products they provide are genuinely excellent. Yes, the bathroom itself is on the smaller side, but that was a minor detail compared to everything else. Staff were helpful and friendly throughout our stay, and the location can’t be beat for exploring New Orleans. We also had a delicious dinner at the Italian restaurant downstairs — a great option without even having to leave the hotel. Overall, a great experience and we’d happily stay here again.

Can’t speak highly enough about the establishment. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and so accommodating. Would recommend this hotel to anyone. Would definitely stay there again!
-
Room was really small. King bed took up nearly the entire room floor space. Would stay somewhere else next time we go to New Orleans

the location is really awful. very rundown street and right next to a very seedy area. not a fan. also, the pool is absolutely terrible. they have this massive floor for the pool, yet the pool itself is tiny. There were a lot of kids there at night and it was not a relaxing environment. Also, zero service there. Just not what you would expect from a "Waldorf" hotel. The elevators were rundown as well. The staff were great and very friendly and helpful and the lobby is impressive. But the amenities like the pool, gym, etc. felt like I was at a Courtyard by Marriot and not a Waldorf hotel.

Amazing hotel, close to everything

Amazing first time at The Roosevelt. Loved that the staff were very sweet and approachable. Wonderful guest amenities including a cafe, restaurant (the breakfast was absolutely fantastic with good southern and creole fare(, and of course the Sazarec bar! I came to celebrate my Mom's 60th birthday and will definitely stay here again the next time I'm in town. The beds were very soft and plush and the multiple shower head nozzles from the wall and ceiling made it feel like a spa! The coffee was complimentary but of course other things in the mini bar and snack items had an associated fee. One request would be for the pool to be cleaned a bit more frequently. Early in the morning it was still a bit dirty with sunscreen and other debris but by mid-afternoon the water was nice and clean! I'd recommend this hotel highly to anyone wanting a getaway without breaking the bank while still having a luxurious experience.
