The Saint Hotel, New Orleans, French Quarter

We stayed one night property was clean rooms nice size bathroom was nice. I thought the hotel was dark and valet parking took a long time to get our car. It was ok for the stay.

I liked everything about this hotel and the hospitality was great

There is no amenities, not even toothpaste

The rooms were stunning, and the eclectic doors featuring images of historic New Orleans buildings added a unique touch. There is a bar and dining available. This is a truly beautiful hotel. Steps away from bourbon St. The have parking available through valet only. But there is a parking garage available across the street if you opt not to use valet. I highly recommend booking a stay—you will not be disappointed. We look forward to returning.

Very close to bourbon street but yet far enough to not hear a lot of the noise. Not far from a lot of places

Loved the setting. Inviting environment. Staff very accommodating. Stated free upgrade and window faced wall, alley. Scared of what was upgraded from. Furniture badly worn and it being in front lobby isn’t good. Overall comfortable stay in different setting.

Great walking distance to Boutbon street, staff was knowledgeable about local area, and gave great tips on restaurants, etc. rooms were very comfortable, and we slept great. Highly recommend

Always a great place to stay . Staff is always friendly and will go out there way to help you out and make sure you have everything you need to be comfortable while you stay. Place is always clean

The staff at the hotel and restaurant were so very nice. The room was beautiful. The bathroom was modern but there were small things that needed repair. The beds were comfortable but not the best, they are platform beds. The Saint was definately worth the money. I will stay there again.

It was HORRIBLE! Depressing, worn out, used and dirty. Our room never got cleaned and when it did the next day they left the dirty dishes and glassware. The floors are DISGUSTING, carpets are visibly stained and dirty. I did not feel comfortable being barefoot. The furniture was warn out, pealing and old. How can a property decline like this?

Besides that, it was safe, cleanish, and did the job after a long night bar crawling. I’d stay again.

The fitness facility was small and second rate. Everything else was excellent.

Unfortunately it was gross! Room was not clean!

The hotel was unique & decorated nicely. The staff was helpful. We had a great time. It was very close to Bourbon Street walking distance

Excellent location but still quiet! Food at every turn and bourbon street right at your fingertips. 20/10 definitely recommend.
