My room was clean and comfortable. Some of the room areas need updating but it’s not bad. Location is very close to Bourbon Street lots of food options in the area. I would stay again.

The incidental fee is EXTREMELY HIGH and cut into my available funds to have a good time with.

What they don't tell you is that there is no onsite parking. Parking is located 7 blocks away from the hotel you can either pay $52 for valet or take that walk.
