Our room was spotless, the atmosphere was elegant, and every part of our stay exceeded our expectations. We didn’t want to leave! Our stay at the Ritz-Carlton was amazing. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The breakfast buffet in the dining room had variety of delicious foods. Would recommend this hotel for business or pleasure.

Every thing and everyone was perfect!!!

In our premium, extra cost room the bathroom sliding/barn door's latch was broken & wouldn't stay closed. The whole trip we had to shove a washcloth under it to keep the door from sliding open when closed. That's embarrassing. The 2nd low point, & it was truly a massive low was a family with 1 or 2 young kids crammed into one room across the hall from us. They were loud, at ALL hours. Singing, playing the TV at full blast, letting their kid run & scream up & down the hallway, etc. We could clearly hear all of this in our room with the door closed. They didn't look like people who usually stay at hotels like the Ritz, so maybe they didn't know acting like that in a hotel, especially a luxury hotel is frowned upon? It was infuriating & unfortunately, diminished the whole experience. By the 2nd day, we were at our wits' end & called the front desk. In a premium room, on the premium floor at a luxury hotel this shouldn't happen. We were surprised the Ritz-Carlton allows children under 12 in their Club Level rooms. Those rooms should have restrictions, like maximum number of people per room & no kids to ensure guests paying that premium have the kind of stay that meets the expectations set by the Ritz-Carlton's own room descriptions.

The beignet service is wonderful! The Davenport Lounge is a fantastic place to relax with a drink while listening to the piano.

Exceptional!

The staff was incredible! So kind and thoughtful. Anything we needed or requested was handled immediately. The doorman, Sean, gave us excellent tips and tricks to get around NOLA. The rooms were spotless and comfortable. One of the best visits we've had anywhere in the world!

Every thing you touch you pay, I was overcharged at check in my original balance was lower but when I went to pay it was higher and when I checked out, I woke up on Monday morning, but had another balance at checkout and received another balance at checkout. Valet and Room service was good. I was over charged $300😡
