The staff was incredible! So kind and thoughtful. Anything we needed or requested was handled immediately. The doorman, Sean, gave us excellent tips and tricks to get around NOLA. The rooms were spotless and comfortable. One of the best visits we've had anywhere in the world!

Every thing you touch you pay, I was overcharged at check in my original balance was lower but when I went to pay it was higher and when I checked out, I woke up on Monday morning, but had another balance at checkout and received another balance at checkout. Valet and Room service was good. I was over charged $300😡

The hotel itself is gorgeous, the rooms are nice and are clean and a good size. The area is a bit sketchy, but that isnt the hotels fault, and to be expected in the high tourist areas of NOLA. Great spot for walking to dinners, and other attractions and very close to the bus routes for hop on/ hop off options.

The Ritz is always good to stay at. The staff is very friendly and helpful. This Ritz is an older spot on canal. The neighbor is rough. But the hotel is beautiful inside and the lounge was great for breakfast and a quick drink pre dinner out. We did listen to jazz around 8pm in the lounge. The trumpet player Jeremy is very talented. This place has a beautiful courtyard that is lit up. They give out free beignets and rum punch! Coffee is ready in the morning. I like that it’s very quiet, like most Ritz hotels. The room had a large shower and bathroom. Very clean room and great house keeping staff.
