The hotel was nice. The staff members were nice and helpful. I will definitely stay here again.

The hotel and staff were very nice! However, there was no power on our last night.... There were no lights and no elevators to use. Therefore, we had to climb almost 60 steps to get to our room and use our cell phones for light, which was very inconvenient.

When we checked into the room, the floors had not been vacuumed and squeaked with each footstep. Our suite had a musky odor and the bathroom toilet did not flush. When we reached out to the manager Greg to complain about the squeaky floors and the toilet he responded by saying that the hotel is old. We also asked if they could vacuum the room he said that there was no available housekeeping staff to vacuum. Finally, we asked if we could check out and he said it was too late. Later that evening we talked to Ashley the night manager and she said that we could have checked out. It was late in the evening so we stayed feeling unsatisfied. Lastly, the hallways were extremely uneven causing me to nearly fall. Please consider fixing the floors or posting a sign about the floors ( uneven floors).

Excellent Staff. Eric was amazing!

Location was good, but the inside rooms faced into an atrium room so there was technically no windows in the room. Always dark. Events were held in the atrium during the day. I assume most of the French quarter hotels have weird layouts due to the ages of the property

Staff very helpful Breakfast was a set French quarter breakfast which wasn’t suitable for non meat eaters or kids. After some conversation we could order anything of the same value or less. Just a bit annoying to figure this out

The staff was amazing. I love it there!!!

Friendly staff, great location, nice small pool with pool bar (pool bar only open Friday and Saturday). Rooms were big and clean. The lobby and hotel bar are also amazing. Because the hotel is so close to Bourbon street, the rooms can get noisy at night from the street noise and music.

Room was great. Water faucet handles could’ve been fastened better and were sloppy. Water leaked under the glass shower door badly on the floor. Please be aware that the Expedia charges a destination fee. It is not the prepaid for the resort fee $35 per night as we were shocked to have to pay at checkout “fine print” of course and not the “Destination Charge”.
