the beds were farely comfortable. The restaurant The Holmes located in the hotel had a tasty gumbo. Definitely enjoyed the stay .

The manager I spoke with was not helpful at all . The man I spoke with when I checked it insinuated that if I was there alone he would wave the fees for me but since I was there with my husband he said for my husband to pay the fees which was extremely inappropriate. This was a vacation that was planned with my husband and we had to cancel things bc we had to pay for so many extra fees . Also whenever we did need assistance we didn’t get an answer from the front desk unless we walked down to the lobby

This is a very nice hotel centrally located in the heart of the French Quarter of New Orleans. There are two restaurants on site with an additional area for cooked to order breakfast, fruit, pastries, and coffee bar. ALL of the staff were friendly and attentive. There is a bar on the first floor in the lobby and one on the second floor in the pool area. The hotel is restful and the rooms are cozy with wonderful bedding. We had an amazing time and would recommend to other travelers!
