    Staff was amazing. The hospitality was great. The hotel itself is a bit dated, so don't expect any luxury. But overall, centrally located to everywhere, everything for us was mostly walking distance, perfect spot for 2 best friends, exploring new orleans.

    Everything was ok accept losing power to the property and not being able to get to my room until the next morning. Very inconvenient

    There was a transformer that went out a few blocks away causing hotel to be without power no air all night nothing was said by the hotel staff no accommodations were made other than that everything was good

    The property is in the French Quarters with no security (I didn’t see any during my stay). There was a man (with no reservation) sleeping in the hallway. That’s a deal breaker for me. We left 2 days early.

    Last night had to leave early because of power outage no lights in my room no a/c had to leave 11 hrs before I wanted to . I thought they had back up generators for incident like what happened on July 3 . Hopefully the will reimburse but anyway fars as that good place to stay

    Negatives: 2 elevators to get to my room, there was a crisis situation nearby and no text or email to update me on the situation with the hotel, a few shady characters right out in front of the hotel…but I enjoyed the stay

    Been without power for over 8 hours is insane and still having to pay full price is crazy no accommodations for it at all yes I understand I had to be cut but it also was very inconvenient to me I stood outside for over 4 hours when I should e in there lying down

    We were left without electricity, air conditioning, and the hotel shut off our water there meaningful communication for hours. Staff had no updates, no emergency plan, and showed very little concern for their guests. The power didn’t return until around 6:00 a.m. What was most frustrating was that not even something as basic as bottled water was offered. Guests were left in a hot, dark hotel with no accommodations, no refreshments, no cooling area, and no effort to make an uncomfortable situation more manageable. A little empathy and proactive customer service would have made all the difference. To add to the frustration, we were told our incidental deposit would take 7–10 business days to be returned after checkout. Emergencies happen. Excellent hotels are defined by how they care for their guests during those emergencies. Unfortunately, this Wyndham fell far short. I hope management reevaluates its emergency response and guest care policies so future guests are treated with the respect and compassion they deserve.

    Our stay was extremely disappointing. The room was dirty when we arrived, and I was bitten by what appeared to be bed bugs. My kids also became sick, and we were very concerned about the amount of mold in the room. The overall cleanliness was unacceptable, and we did not feel safe or comfortable during our stay. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend this hotel.
