Perfect location within french quater, reusable robust water bottle, which we were given upon checkin and water machine on 10th floor which could provide water with flavors, electrolites, vitamins and coffein was amazing perk and made our stay better. Breakfast on the neighbour Mr. Edd restaurant was very good as other food and drinks within the restaurant. Hotel could generally use some reconstruction, our toilet stopped working (wasnt filling up a water), that was fixed after we told stuff, but then water was leaking through the toiler all the time instead until end of our stay. We also didn't get soap/shampoo refilled at all (not sure if that was intention or not). Room even though being labeled as Deluxe was fairly small, but okay for work trip.

Hotel needs renovations,The water was full of Chlorine every time we washed our face our eyes burned ,The pool was full of Chlorine as well the towels were hard and smelt like they’ve been washed in Chlorine !

Somebody opened the door and busted in and said that he just paid for that room!! Very dissatisfied. There was mildew in the corners of the tub and the mirror was broken in the bathroom. So sorry that we stayed there

The staff was the best part. SUPER friendly and accommodating. Water station was a nice touch! The room itself was outdated (however it looks just like the pics so no surprise). Carpet had a mildew odor.
