The hotel was extremely nice staff was well trained and had no issues whatsoever with the staff at the hotel definitely recommend this place to stay if you're in New Orleans. Price is very reasonable for what you get as a room if you like that upscale hotel in this place is perfect for you.

Loved the location. Walking distance from almost everything. If we didn't walk, our destination was a short uber less than $15 dollars. You can step out of the back entrance of the hotel and you're right on Canal Street. It was super safe. Keycard entry into the hotel and elevators. Staff was great and pleasant! The food at the hotel bar was really good and so were the drinks! The doormen were so friendly and welcoming. Housekeeping came in the middle of the day around 3-5pm. Two out three days we had to turn down service because we were napping or were in the middle of getting dressed for the evening. We didn't expect housekeeping around that time. We purposely made morning and early afternoon plans with hopes to be out of the way for housekeeping. The room also needs another trashcan. There was only one really small can in the bathroom.

The room was subpar, stains on the ceiling, there were supposed to be 2 robes, there was only one and it had stains all over it

The property is very nice and well maintained, it is in walking distance to Canal and bourbon streets and very close to a lot of attractions in New Orleans.
