Everything was wonderful. My only complaint was there is a resort fee added. I had already paid for my room and did not expect additional daily fees.

I’m a Marriott Hold Eite, they would not let me get coffee in their Marriott executive room since is only for Platinum members, they don’t have any other espresso machine in the entire hotel and send me off to Start Ucas which is 3 blocks away.

Great location in the French Quarter and close to lots of restaurants and shopping. Lovely rooms, attentive staff, nice bar.

The overall stay was cool the hotel staff was very friendly. We were welcomed in and everyone seemed to love their job.

Amazing location and amazing staff

There was nothing unique about this hotel they need to upgrade. I had water problems and couldn’t take a shower or brush my teeth because it was black stuff coming out of the water. I will say I was refunded for the room, but they still charged me the resort fee of $30 which I should not been charged.

We appreciate the quality of the room, and upon our return, the JW Marriott will be our preferred hotel.

Great location!! I got the California King Room for my wife birthday, it was amazing! The room was Great, the ambiance was amazing, luxurious atmosphere! We’ll be coming back soon!!

Spacious room. Clean with nice bathroom products. Bed pillows were too soft. Would have liked a better/ bigger chair or couch for relaxing and reading.
