Courtyard by Marriott New Orleans Near the French Quarter

The location was good. The staff was nice. The room had a weird, old smell and was pretty small.

This property was so clean, the food was delicious. There was no homeless people hanging out front. The location was perfect near bourbon street. Nothing to dislike

The hotel needs maintenance - it was not up to Marriott standard. Our AC, toilet flush, and door lock - all did not work as expected. The check-in staff was good and the location is convenient.

The location was great. It was in walking distance to food and shopping but far enough away to not hear all the noise.

Me and my husband stayed here and I will start off with saying when you walk in the whole place smells amazing. The staff was great and helpful and I love that the hotel was in the heart of everything. I would definitely stay again next time I’m in town.

Room was small but clean. Good for a short visit. Staff was lovely and everyone we met was very friendly. We did not take advantage of breakfast so cannot comment. The lobby area and bar was nice. The floor was quiet and I felt safe. I would definitely stay again.

Great location we literally walked everywhere and not as loud or overwhelming as staying on bourbon street. Everyone was friendly and we enjoyed having our balcony room

staff was very nice and accommodating. It was a few issues with my original room however, when brought up to staff they not only was nice enough to change my room they also gave me an upgrade. Staff told us helpful tips for the city and even informed us of the best places to visit while in town. 9/10 would def revisit and rebook

The room was spotless and very well maintained throughout my stay. The staff was absolutely amazing—friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything I needed. The lobby created a great first impression and had a warm, inviting atmosphere. From check-in to check-out, everything exceeded my expectations. Overall, I had a perfect stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and enjoyable experience.

I didn’t like that It was a lot of homeless people in the area plus in the area taxes are really high another then that everything was good.

I had to change rooms three times on my honeymoon-due to defective things in multiple rooms starting with the bathroom outlet, which was changed out by Maintenance, but still did not work. The second room did not have hot water and after reporting that to the front desk and coming back hours later to no resolve, we replaced in our final room. The staff seemed very nonchalant about this. The cleaning service did not come to our room every day of our stay. And no compensation was offered for this experience.

Everything was pretty good here except the bed made my back hurt. They have very friendly staff and the place is very clean. I would stay again
