Courtyard by Marriott New Orleans Near the French Quarter

The staff was extremely helpful friendly and professional. Management was great. Great location not far from French quarter we walked there multiple times a day. Highly accessible streetcar drugstores restaurants.

Customer service was top notch. The location is tricky; because I rented a car during my time in NOLA and there's not a designated parking garage compared to the hotels on canal street. That made things a little hard for me and my family. However, I was within walking distance to the French Quarter and Poydras Street which was really convenient!

Staff was very helpful and pleasant. There was a 300.00 deposit required which was not on their website which included 50.00 per person and 150 for incidental, Also they charge 49.00 a day for valet parking which is outrageous considering that the very same garage they use charges you 20.00 if you self park!

Great location and convenient to walking to nearby spots. However, Rooms were very damp during entire stay and need to be upgraded. Bathrooms are too small and door bangs against toilet and shower constantly. Floors were extremely dirty as my socks revealed exactly how dirty.

Stay was nice, very close to everything walking distance. The first room given to me had a smell but staff quickly changed the room once notified. Enjoyed the stay!

Had a great stay except for the smell coming out of the toilet smelled like raw sewage especially when the sink water or shower was on . Everything else was descent

The room were very clean and had a refrigerator for leftovers. Also, had access to Microwave in common area. Staff were great with helping on Restaurants, directions and commendations. I probably chose the same location next time but put in a request for Balcony in the future.

This property was so clean, the food was delicious. There was no homeless people hanging out front. The location was perfect near bourbon street. Nothing to dislike

The hotel needs maintenance - it was not up to Marriott standard. Our AC, toilet flush, and door lock - all did not work as expected. The check-in staff was good and the location is convenient.

The location was great. It was in walking distance to food and shopping but far enough away to not hear all the noise.

Me and my husband stayed here and I will start off with saying when you walk in the whole place smells amazing. The staff was great and helpful and I love that the hotel was in the heart of everything. I would definitely stay again next time I’m in town.
