This location is amazing, but because of the amazing location, our room had a lot of street lights and a lot of noise until the wee morning hours. The bedding seemed worn (pilling). With that said, the property was beautiful.

The hotel was clean, spacious, and located in the ideal block. My family and I must praise the staff, they truly made our experience feel like we were home.

Rooms were huge and hotel is in the perfect spot! Loved it!

Located near our activities. Room ready early. Good stay.

Not only did parking take over an hour to detail with, the staff continually talked bad about our group of 7 to other employees and the valets. Other people in our group heard the woman at the front desk very rudely discussing our “oversized vehicles” (a Cadillac Escalade and a Ram 1500 truck). We paid almost $200 for parking 6 blocks away.

1st time staying and I absolutely loved it clean hotel very nice staff and most definitely the area was closed to everything 10 out of 10 🙌🙌🙏

Great first time stay! Really appreciated the helpfulness of the staff, especially when we had to move rooms due to the air conditioner going out on the third floor. They were very kind and made my sister feel special during her birthday weekend! The hotel was clean and the free coffee service was excellent! Would definitely stay here again!

We have stayed here twice and love it. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean and spacious. The hotel is close to Bourbon street.

Cannot ask for any place better in New Orleans…right on Canal St. just a short walk to the French Quarter. So unique of a hotel, too.

Hotel is only 3 years old and is in great condition. In a convenient location and staff were very friendly and helpful. One minor thing I did not like was there was no place to set soap, shampoo, etc. in the shower.

Sorry I cant remember her name well!!

So I recently just stayed there July 17th-19th and we had no air the entire weekend . Imagine coming from walking the strip in hot weather just to have to sleep in hot weather . Our thermostat got up to 82 degrees. Maintenance couldn’t fix it . & we was not able to move to another room. Tried reaching out to management Monday morning twice , no response .

The property was immaculate. The staff was friendly and helpful, great location. My only concern was the shower area. The amount of water that got on the floor outside of the shower area and there is no area for your toiletries in the shower.

The location is excellent if your main goal is exploring the French Quarter. It’s easy to walk to Bourbon Street, the French Market, and plenty of restaurants, while still being right on Canal. The hotel was genuinely very clean, and because it’s relatively new, the rooms and mattresses felt fresher than what you’ll find at many hotels in this price range around the French Quarter. That said, there were a few design choices that seemed like they weren’t fully thought through. The shower has attractive tile work, but there’s nowhere to put your soap or shampoo, and the partial glass door doesn’t keep the water contained, so the bathroom floor gets wet after every shower. The biggest downside for us was the noise. The room doors close with a loud slam that echoes through the hallway, and on a busy Friday night it made it difficult to get to sleep before 2:00 a.m. If you’re planning to enjoy the nightlife, that may not bother you. But if you’re an early-to-bed traveler, it’s something to keep in mind. Overall, we’d stay again for the cleanliness, comfortable bed, and unbeatable location, but we’d hope the hotel eventually addresses some of the noise issues and a few of the practical details in the room design.

I had a great stay here. Would recommend. Would stay again.
-
Just a great place! Great staff, great prices and great location.
-
I like how combiner the hotel is to everything off canal street. The room had an odd smell that I didn’t like and at 5am realized the lowest the air conditioner would go was 73. No window to lookout.
-
I absolutely loved my stay here. I won’t lie, I’m someone who’s normally skeptical of hotel reviews but this hotel did not disappoint in the slightest.
-
Good location, but the street noise is pretty loud in rooms on the perimeter. This is nothing to fault the hotel for, it’s just NOLA and it was July 4th weekend. The interior room we moved to for the second night was very quiet. Only complaint is on the housekeeping side of things since there were no soap or towels in our room and it seemed the floor wasn’t swept. The staff was very helpful and corrected the issues promptly. Positives were the friendly staff downstairs and the 24hr coffee!
