Very helpful staff. They were welcoming and accommodating. Very central location near the French Quarter. Big airy rooms with a large bathroom also. Complimentary tea and coffee on site.

Great location! It’s a noisy area during the night but they have a white noise machine in rooms to drown the outdoor sounds out.

They booked me in a room with no windows no TV and a door that didn’t lock placed was disgusting and I’m waiting on a refund and I’m even having problems doing that

The sofa bed was dirty with hair and stains on the sheet. I slept on the couch. There was no blankets or pillows in the room so had to call for some. I only received one sheet and blanket,no pillows. In the morning I asked if the sheets on the sofa bed can be switched out due to the bed being dirty. They did the next day

My only complaint is the half shower and water pressure!

No free parking. No windows in the rooms, however; I understand that it is a remodeled building and in order to accomplish the remodel the windows had to be closed. It was a nice, clean, unique building and it had a nice balcony!

Liked the location. Convenient to French Quarter and CBD. Blackout curtains would help. Somehow, the local hotels should force the city to do something about the loud music to all hours of the night.

Everything was great! Loved the spacious room! There is a deck on the 2nd floor right by my room which overlooked Charles St. It was very close to the French Quarter. The only thing I didn't account for was parking. Valet parking is $50 per night.

Good hotel. Staff were very helpful and upgraded us. Street facing rooms are very noisy, recommend bringing ear plugs.

Clean and location NA

Ideal location close to the French Quarter, but not right in it, so was relatively quiet. The room was large and spacious and very comfortable. Even though it was hot outside, it was cold within the room, even after trying different settings on the aircon, and no blanket or duvet for the bed, so I used a jacket as a rug on the bed at night.

The front desk host was very accommodating. We arrived earlier than the check in time and she helped us check in right away and store our bags. Very friendly

This hotel is in a perfect location, close enough to walk to everything but not right on bourbon street where all the action is. Just know that no matter where you stay it’s always loud. We knew that going in but I don’t know that everyone understands that it’s an older hotel but clean and the staff was super friendly would absolutely stay again
