The Rubenstein Hotel

I absolutely loved my stay here. I won’t lie, I’m someone who’s normally skeptical of hotel reviews but this hotel did not disappoint in the slightest.

Good location, but the street noise is pretty loud in rooms on the perimeter. This is nothing to fault the hotel for, it’s just NOLA and it was July 4th weekend. The interior room we moved to for the second night was very quiet. Only complaint is on the housekeeping side of things since there were no soap or towels in our room and it seemed the floor wasn’t swept. The staff was very helpful and corrected the issues promptly. Positives were the friendly staff downstairs and the 24hr coffee!

The place was small and not what we expected at all. Didn’t have nah amenities at all either. The “bar” was laughable.

Everything about our stay was great! Megan was at the desk and was a big help. The room was spacious and had everything we needed!

Red is my absolute favorite color and this hotel gave me just what I needed with the red doors!!! The service was great and the rooms were very clean and served us well. I would stay again bc the location was amazing!!!

Prime location, easy access; however it is approximately 40 daily to park your vehicle

Convenient

It was good for a one-night stay. The room was clean. Comfortable bedding. No restaurant on site. On some floors, you go up a short flight of stairs to get to your room. Many food options nearby.

AC doesn’t go below 70, need shower door or mats

Great place for our family’s quick stop (2 nights) in NOLA. We booked a standard room and it was easily the most spacious double room we’ve stayed in. Staff was extremely helpful and always available when needed, and the property was extremely secure with keycard access required for everything from the front door to the elevator.

Everything was excellent. The staff are the best.

David was very helpful making suggestions for dining and entertainment. Our room was spacious and clean. We are planning to return.

This hotel was beautiful! A group of us came in for a wedding for Memorial Day weekend, and last minute this hotel came up. I decided to cancel my other hotel & go with this and I'm glad i did! It's a stunning hotel & perfect location. 2 out of the 3 rooms were suites, so we had windows off Saint Charles/canal. Only minor downfall was it can be loud at night, but that's expected. Luckily, the hotel has "white noise" machines to take that away. The inside room that didn't have a window, was a little more quiet. The staff was amazing! Traci at the bar, the manager (i think Mike) were great. They have great drinks downstairs, the rooms are clean, and you feel safe. They have a security guard downstairs and you can not get in without a key. I had 3 rooms booked and every single one of us loved the hotel! We were able to walk to burbon street within 8 min or less. It was perfect! I miss the staff & the cozy beds already.

Great location, tall ceilings, and very well-maintained. The staff are friendly and the lobby bar is cozy / calm. Cannot wait to return!

Enjoyed my stay. Very close to Bourbon street but far away from the noise. Very clean and safe.

Very cute hotel in a renovated historic building. Great location in walking distance to . Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I haven’t experienced this level of personalized service in a very long time. We will stay here again.

This is a nice place to stay. Staff were great. It is right on Canal Street, so it is convenient, but with lots of noise 24/7. If you have mobility problems, let them know ahead of time as each of the floors are multi-level staircases.
