Would rather pay $50 extra and stay in Marriott across the street.

The property was in a good location. Everything was walking distance. I did not have to move the car once I got there. I did not have a dislike about the property

Great Hotel Highly Recommended 👍

The hotel was amazing the first check in was great but the second one they made my brother wait for hours even tough the hotel was already payed for and not only that. He had to wait until I came back from the conference even after speaking to the staff that it would be the same tab and everything was on the same card. They refused and manager made him wait outside.

Location Everything else No phone in the room Elevators broke- had to walk 9 flights of stairs up. No working electric iron in the room. I couldn’t control the temperature in my room- I was told the engineer has to go work on the roof and he could not do it that moment I went to ask- imagine this in 2026??? The window to view outside was dirty. The front desk staff ( except the bar and breakfast waiters) I encountered acted like the poor service they offered was normal ( I guess on their standard) This may not have been your experience but this was something out of a movie set for me. The room has a dummy phone , not connected, not to mention I was on a very top floor. I didn’t know till I tried to call front desk and all I had in my hand was a hand set and wires. If I had an emergency I guess I would have been on my own. Seeing how non chalant the staff was regarding all the issues I noted above, it tells me this is a normal way they handle situations., least on that day. I was shocked. I cancelled the next day and they even tried to charge me on the morning I informed them for the upcoming night. By the time I had checked out none of the issues I noted above have been addressed or fixed. This was my experience.

Staff was so polite and courteous. Room was spacious and cleaning service daily. And top everything the breakfast was phenomenal every morning 10 out of 10. Can’t wait to go back.
-
Good place to rest for those of us who travel without children.
-
You can’t get towels after the housekeeper leaves.. the overnight person said he doesn’t have access to the laundry room
-
Room was clean, location is prime . Near Canal and Bourbon st. Easy access to the street car and bus. The only complaint is that several homeless individuals were sleeping next to the property.
-
The hotel was clean, the beds were comfortable and the staff was great. The location was great as well
-
no parking had to pay for vallet , but the convenience of everything being close made up for it , no complaints from here
