I love everything about this property and cannot wait to go back. It’s right around the corner from everything. The room is really nice and big , clean ,& convenient.

Great location and very helpful and friendly staff. Room was very big and very comfortable. Well equipped with kitchen.

I have stayed multiple times and for the most part it has gone well. This time the amount of marijuana smell that permeated the elevator and halls was ridiculous. Also guests smoking in the NON smoking pool area with kids in the pool. Additionally, the beds are super small. They say queen however those are the smallest queen’s beds ever!

Absolutely love the two bedrooms so my daughter and I could both have a room with our own bathroom. Love the showerhead however I almost slipped and failed a couple times. The tub was slippery. There was no mat inside the tub and I would recommend putting a handle inside the tub as well as outside the tub as it is hard to hold onto just one handle while you’re getting in and out especially since I have a bad knee. Other than that, I had no problems and I really enjoyed my stay

We had decided to stay in New Orleans on the way home from Gulf Shores. We chose this location due to its proximity to everything that the city had to offer. Upon arrival, the staff checked our luggage in to hold while we explored the city. We came back and it was around 330 pm and sought a way to get our room early. We were told that it was being cleaned and would be ready momentarily. We knew check in wasn’t until 4 pm so we accepted it and waited in the lobby. 415 came and no update so I approached the front desk and asked and they said it was almost done. 430 I returned and they handed me a key and said sorry for the delay. We walked into our room on the 8th floor and were blown away. Pizza boxes on the counter. A pile of towels and sheets on the floor. Restrooms completely dirty. We returned downstairs and the staff told us they had their cleaning ladies just quit and walked out on working. Then the staff disappeared for 20 minutes. If they came out it was to sign for receiving deliveries. Finally at 450 I caught one and they just gave us a new card to a new room. Weird how they couldn’t do that initially! Love the place but the staff wasn’t on point!

I would have given it five stars, but when we checked in, they had one of their employee’s sit with our group and trie to convince us to buy certain tours, this went on for an hour, we kept saying no thank you but they kept persisting. I felt like I was sitting in on one of those timeshares and this was not a timeshare. They were just trying to sell us certain tours. Two thumbs down for wasting my first hour checking in

location is great. Parking on site, but more expensive than a public parking garage. The pool is the size of a penny, literally that small. Staff great, room clean and spacious. Did not hear much noise from the tourism. Price was affordable. They have a bar, didn't visit but appears to be well managed. Major dislike is that that after checking in with front desk, you are asked to take a sit in the lobby. A timeshare representative than calls your name and you sit while listening to the scripted sales pitch speech, a 90 minute presentation in lieu of " free parking, $100 dollar bar tab," anything they can offer for your time. I declined after three failed attempts and 20 minutes later finally received my keys to access my room. This was very off putting making me hear a speech just to receive my hotel key to my room. Other than that I really have no complaints. I used the fitness facility basic but met my needs. Check out is 10 am. A night lobby doors are secured and you must have key to gain access to the property. Would stay again just not a fan of the MANDATED sales pitch. FREE wifi too! Literally two blocks from canal.

The location was fantastic, the staff were very friendly. The toilet in the main bathroom had a leak and constantly needed refilling, which caused the pipes to rattle, the bath tub drain was blocked in the same bathroom. The sales pitch to the holiday inn holidays wasn't necessary especially when we only had 2 days in the city.

From the moment Mrs.Sue introduced herself, everyone was very Friendly, but Mrs Sue went above and beyond, Hotel was extremely convenient and all staff was helpful. We will definitely stay here again!!!

The rooms were nice, actually better than we expected. Staff was good. The only thing is parking, valet is $40 a night. No onsite parking.

Bourbon Street was walking distance and we enjoyed.

It’s near bourbon street 3 min walking distance , bars n food . Place 5 star immaculate, and clean.

Having a kitchen was convenient since we drove from home and brought some food and beverages along with us. The suite was spacious and having a separate bedroom and bathroom accessible front the living room offered privacy when our friends were visiting with us
