The location was perfect! Close to everything! They push you into a hard sale time share meeting that lasts over 2 hours. Then act offended when you don’t buy.

Everything was great. We will be staying here again.

The location, cleanliness and staff are well worth the cost of this hotel. It’s not the typical Holiday Inn Resort quality but that is likely related to the location. The pool is shallow and very small. The gift shop/store is not manned and prices not marked. Valet parking was nice but did cost $42 per day.

There were many items needing maintenance on the property. The blinds in the living room did not work and it took 3 calls to have a service person come out. There were pocket doors in the master suite and not 1 but 2 times I was locked inside my room where there was no phone on the room to call front desk.

location was convenient talked to front desk sent email and followed up giving name of partner to check in prior to me arriving, upon their arrival, no one had the message and they were unable to check in...I did not feel front desk cared when I presented the problem room was musty, seems old and damp

Liked the rooms and the location

The hotel its self was a good hotel to stay in. We would probably do it again. Room was great, the amenities were great. Staff was amazing from the front desk to the bar and security.

Location is excellent, door staff are very helpful and welcoming and the rooms are considerable in size. We had a kitchen which was exactly as outlined in our book so very worthwhile for a family. Air con in room and bathroom fan were noisy, to the point where I routinely turned them off for some quiet.

Nice clean nice people Absolutely nothing.

Great Didn’t like having to pay to park at the facility.

I love everything about this property and cannot wait to go back. It’s right around the corner from everything. The room is really nice and big , clean ,& convenient.
