Had a great day 2day stay here the staff are top-notch. The amenities are great. The room was clean and comfortable. The only complaint I had is the pool was cloudy but the food at the pool bar was good and the service was great. Would definitely stay again.

Everything

Maybe it was a mix of things, maybe it was the hotel, maybe it was us. Who knows. The room was a decent sized room, but the amenities were dated. The safe door was damaged, and had a low battery. The TV was extremely dated and the fridge barely kept things cool. Valet hit a curb with my truck. We lost power for 6 hours and not one person in the hotel bothered checking on guests, nor were we offered anything for spending 6 hours in a hot box (windows to the room do not open) The bathroom did not vent so taking a shower turned the room into a sauna, and you can see where paint was bubbling up from this being a constant issue. The carpets were terribly filthy, making my 11 month old daughter’s feet dingy within minutes. My son cut two of his fingers on the bed. Turndown service moved all of our belongings around numerous times. Contacted concierge during check out to assist with luggage and no one ever showed up. We also arrived during a festival and as a result returning to the hotel after 7pm was damn near impossible because they barricaded everyone out. Paid $1500 for 4 nights and felt like we could have got the same stay for half the price else where.

Very friendly staff, clean and safe environment. Very central

The power was out for over 6 hours. There was zero a/c (July heat!), lighting, elevator to the 12th floor, nor running water (including non working toilets). When the electricity came back on at 6am, there was no hot water until checkout which was at noon. The hotel offered zero communication, zero discount, zero living for the stairs, nothing…

It is a well-kept hotel. Very clean with a friendly staff. I souls have liked a courtyard open 24/7. Otherwise, a very nice stay.

Great location and helpful staff.

We had a wonderful experience at the Hotel Monteleone. The room was gorgeous and very clean. Concierge was always more than happy to help us with anything we needed during our stay. Restaurant managers Stephanie and Michael are absolutely lovely and went above and beyond to provide us with an excellent dining experience. Will 100% be back!!

This is such a lovely gem of a Hotel in the French Quarter . Very helpful and friendly staff and charming rooms, lobby, and bar. I’ve stayed here many times before and never disappoints.

This was mine and my husband's first time in New Orleans to celebrate my birthday. The staff, the service and the room were exceptional. I honestly have to say this is probably the best hotel we have ever stayed at. The room was spotless and beautiful. I highly recommend staying here if you haven't already. We will definitely be back and this will be the only hotel we will stay at. Five stars all around!

Friendly staff, exceptionally clean room, and wonderful service. Can’t wait to stay again!

Clean room friendly staff and great location!
-
Centralized location, multiple amenities, clean and safe

Disorganized, non caring, systemless, all of the above. Spoke to the hotel manager, who said he would help if he could, however, he had no power to do so. Love the hotel itself, however, you’d be better off parking in a lot down the street rather than here, especially if you are leaving on a Saturday or Sunday.

The rooms are clean. The service steals the show everytime! Carlos in the parking garage is so sweet and helpful. Henry the bellhop was a huge help several times . I traveled with a huge Pyrenees and the treated my dog like a human !

The staff were amazing. We ordered room service and dine-in services many times during our stay, and the staff and experience was incredible each time. They were all so sweet and helpful. We will definitely be coming back in the future! N/A
