Hotel Monteleone, New Orleans

Currently enjoying the rooftop pool! The hotel has everything we need, and the staff are amazing!

The hotel and the staff were wonderful. There are only a few things that could be better. A microwave and refrigerator (not a cooler) in the rooms would be most helpful. You need to pay for breakfast at the hotel restaurant, but expect to spend $$$.

The hotel was beautiful and centrally located. The carousel bar was out of service which was disappointing however we will be back.

The hotel was beautiful. The rooms were nice. The only issue I had was that I had my vehicle parked through valet and was called the second day to say the tire was flat. When we went to check on it, it looked as though someone had driven it on the flat and they also backed into the pole behind the vehicle. The parking managers were nice and all, and said if they caused damage to the back of the vehicle then the hotel would pay. They didn’t say anything about the tire though. But honestly, other than that, it’s a great place to reside while visiting. And the staff is very friendly and welcoming.

We stayed in one of the older rooms and it had a very unique charm. The toiletries were excellent, and the staff was incredibly friendly. The pool area was well maintained, and the drinks were great! Overall it was an excellent stay with great proximity to restaurants, bars, and nightlife.

I enjoyed my stay! Location was perfect! Will go back.

The room was 'spotless' and the house keeping throughout my stay was probably the best that I've ever experience anywhere. Would very much recommend the Monteleone.

The hotel was beautiful. They clean your room every day so everything was always picked up. The carousel bar was a great experience! We only had 2 nights there but I would definitely go back and stay longer!

Also, I'm 69 yrs old and to shower is a little slick to get in and out and someone could slip.

The hotel has a great location, staff are very friendly and helpful and the bar is fun.

From the moment we arrived we received exceptional service and atmosphere!! Food, drinks and music are on point. I highly recommend 10/10!!

All aspects of our stay were excellent. Biggest problem was getting a seat at the Carousel Bar, it was always full! 😊

Solid all around

Mr. Blue was very helpful and nice. We liked that our car was safe in the garage. Great valet drivers, Carlos was awesome ! Rooms were very clean, staff attentive. Rooftop pool had beautiful views and water was clean. Plenty of loungers and seats. Great stay, will return when we go back to New Orleans.
