Unexpected cheese and wine tasting, and complimentary breakfast over the weekend. Was super nice stay

We loved the historical aspect of the Quarter House. Walking distance to everything you need and close to the cruise ship harbor. Absolutely nothing.

We enjoyed our stay. Very clean and comfortable. Friendly staff great security and location No complaints about the property. We are still waiting for the incidental deposit $250 that was charged at check in to be released.

It looks good in photos Staff are entirely unhelpful- this is not a hotel. You have all the problems of an airbnb without the extras.

I can sum this stay up in one word AMAZING! The room was way above our expectations! The staff was amazing! Lawrence, Serenity, Fisher and Mitali were amazing.! They will cater to your every need. The location was awesome. You are right there around everything to do in the French Quarters. Book your trips with the front desk. They will get you set up with the best trips and some will provide transportation. I highly recommend staying here! I will definitely would stay here again. We drove 12 hours from Texas and it was well worth it. Nothing!

the room we ended up in was nice the room we were originally given (#501) certainly didn't match the photos on line and was extremely outdated with no window , old carpet and , furniture etc. it was extremely deflating for my wife and I and killed our excitement of having just arrive in New Orleans from Canada. it was only after i asked for a refund to move to another hotel was i provided the room that i expected which ended up being really nice. It was big run around for nothing and wasted the first hour of my arrival after a long day of traveling. I feel like it was because i booked through a 3rd party that I was given the worst room in the hotel. As I was checking out, I was also rudely told to put a couple of yogurts back because the free brunch on Sunday wasn't starting for another 15 minutes even though I was leaving and heading to the airport. Overall it wasn't a great experience and i would not stay again.

Pool small but kids still loved it. Great location and good value for the space. Two bedroom apartment was perfect. Private outdoor space/ no windows to open due to our location. But didn’t ruin the stay.

History and location I reserved a 2 bedroom and only got 1 with a pull out sofa

Conveniently located one block from Canal and two blocks from Bourbon and the Hart of the French Quarter.
