It looks good in photos Staff are entirely unhelpful- this is not a hotel. You have all the problems of an airbnb without the extras.

I can sum this stay up in one word AMAZING! The room was way above our expectations! The staff was amazing! Lawrence, Serenity, Fisher and Mitali were amazing.! They will cater to your every need. The location was awesome. You are right there around everything to do in the French Quarters. Book your trips with the front desk. They will get you set up with the best trips and some will provide transportation. I highly recommend staying here! I will definitely would stay here again. We drove 12 hours from Texas and it was well worth it. Nothing!

the room we ended up in was nice the room we were originally given (#501) certainly didn't match the photos on line and was extremely outdated with no window , old carpet and , furniture etc. it was extremely deflating for my wife and I and killed our excitement of having just arrive in New Orleans from Canada. it was only after i asked for a refund to move to another hotel was i provided the room that i expected which ended up being really nice. It was big run around for nothing and wasted the first hour of my arrival after a long day of traveling. I feel like it was because i booked through a 3rd party that I was given the worst room in the hotel. As I was checking out, I was also rudely told to put a couple of yogurts back because the free brunch on Sunday wasn't starting for another 15 minutes even though I was leaving and heading to the airport. Overall it wasn't a great experience and i would not stay again.

History and location I reserved a 2 bedroom and only got 1 with a pull out sofa

Conveniently located one block from Canal and two blocks from Bourbon and the Hart of the French Quarter.

Close to many attractions and restaurants. The pool is really small and in an awkward area to feel comfortable using it. It is in a lovely courtyard.

Location, friendly staff and great ambiance. They didn’t provide daily maid service.

Close to everything! Loved Sunday brunch! We had to switch rooms- liked the larger size of second room- it’s the one I thought I had originally booked!

I love the location. Upon arrival the apartment had a smell. The microwave didn’t work and there was no other location to warm up food.

Very good location and great kitchen! The 2nd bedroom mattress was hard.

The location and staff were great. The units were comfortable. The water pressure was disappointing. Not sure if this is an issue with the whole complex or our specific unit (312). It made getting ready take awhile for three people.

Proximity to restaurants and sight seeing

Location was great. We were able to walk to almost everything. Lots of good restaurants and bars close by and close to Bourbon and Royal Streets so that was nice. The courtyards were very nice and so appreciated that smoking was allowed there so we didn't have to stand out on the street. Our suite was beautiful, clean and comfortable. All of the staff were amazing and so nice. Will definitely stay here again! No complaints

Perfect location!

The free breakfast on Sunday, the complimentary tour, and the hotel itself were all fantastic! Thomas the tour guide and the other staff made me feel so welcome and cared for.
