La Galerie French Quarter Hotel

The room The no parking!!! 80 dollars for 24hrs is crazy

Exceptional

Superb

We wanted a quiet place near the French Quarter that was good for ourselves and our grandson. This was exactly what we wanted. Very nice room and excellent cleaning staff. We talked to our grandson about the cleaning fairies :)

Exceptional

Convenient. Cute boutique feel.

Overall everything was great!

Location

everything was great The only complaints I would have is that the shower was lukewarm otherwise it was a wonderful experience

The room was clean and staff were so helpful. Housekeeping did a great job every morning. Check in and check out was quick. Hotel was located in a super convenient spot. Within walking distance of bourbon street but far enough away that it was quiet at night. Air conditioning was a GREAT escape from the Louisiana heat/humidity.

THE PHONE SYSTEM WAS DOWN 2 WEEKS PRIOR TO ARRIVIAL. I ALMOST CANCELLED BUT EXPEDIA TOLD ME THE HOTEL WAS STILL OPEN. I EMAILED THE HOTEL BECUZ IT WAS MY WIFES BIRTHDAY. THEY RESPONDED AND ASK WHAT I NEEDED. ONCE I TOLD THEM, THEY NEVER EMAILED ME BACK. ONCE WE ARRIVED, THE CABLE AND INTERNET WENT IN AND OUT. I WAS UNABLE TO WORK FROM MY LAPTOP. THE STAFF WAS NICE BUT OUR ROOM WAS NEXT TO THE LINEN CLOSET SO THERE WAS ALWAYS A BAG OR DIRTY TOWELS OUTSIDE OF OUR ROOM. MY WIFE AND I CAME BACK TO THIS HOTEL BECAUSE WE STAYED THERE IN 2018 BEFORE WE WERE MARRIED AND THOUGHT IT WOULD BE COOL TO STAY AT THE SAME PLACE. WE WONT COME BACK. ITS UNACCEPTABLE FOR THE PHONE LINES TO BE DOWN FOR OVER A MONTH WITHOUT DOING SOMETHING FOR THE GUEST. WE WERE UNABLE TO WATCH T.V AT NIGHT BECAUSE INTERNET WENT IN AND OUT. WE DEFINATLEY FEEL WE SHOULD BE COMPENSATED IN SOME WAY.

The room was clean, location was great. Room was quiet and staff were very helpful. Garage parking was close. Would stay again.

It was just ok.ive had better experiences at other hotels in the area

The location, and it was a beautiful building The cleaning staff are exceptionally loud. They were stomping around above us for hours, fairly early in the morning. And most people sleep in on vacation, especially when they stay up late in New Orleans

Parking 4 blocks away from hotel is dumb

Great little hotel

I would recommend that management address the noise issue and consider not assigning this room to guests until it has been resolved.

It was horrible smelled bad dogs barking all night
