We enjoy staying at the hotel. The staff are friendly and the location is great. Most importantly, the rates for amazing! During this visit, the room we occupied was not as clean as we've experienced in the past. The bedding had a stain and the bathroom fixtures and floor looked like they hadn't been clean recently. Also the rug in the sitting room had not been vacuumed and the lamps were dusty.

Hotel was a great value for the price, close to everything in the French Quarter and both Canal and Bourbon St. Room was spacious with plenty of room and both a fan and A/C. Front desk staff was always welcoming and very sweet.

The room had a great intimate feel to it , the a/c worked great and the bathroom and shower were a great size , beds were comfortable and the staff was nice and to top it off it had a great view of the French quarters

Great location and the hotel is attached to an amazing restaurant. There was a huge roach in my room, walking around like he owned the joint. Also, my room was very noisy and the view was awful. Other than that, the hotel was sufficient.

I liked the location. I appears that the facility does not vacuum the hallways - ever. It was covers with animal hair, human hairballs, paint chips and all things that should be vacuumed DAILY.

Check in was a breeze! Air conditioner was AMAZING!! Coffee is in the lobby. They were out when we made our way down, but the front desk quickly made another pot. It was mostly clean, except for the floors-bathroom floor had several hairs, hallway and elevator floor were not clean. I understand constant foot traffic, but the bathroom floors definitely encouraged the wearing of shoes in the room. Bed was comfortable and pillows were fluffy. Our room layout didn’t flow very well, but when passing other rooms we did see better layouts. We were able to check in a little early and check out a little late, which worked very well with our travel plans. The connecting restaurant had a great happy hour and the atmosphere was a classy, laid back vibe. Location was PERFECT!! Within walking distance to great restaurants (aren’t they all great in Nola) and other must visit stops. I would stay here again!

Bathroom was clean and shower was hot. No windows or dresses to put clothes away.

I like the location and the look of the room. The bathroom area was very small, with no room between the sink and the toilet. There were gnats in the room. I asked for someone to spray. But upon return, there were gnats still, just not as many as before. The water in the bathroom sink would never get hot. My room also faced big trash cans, no view of anything.

Great area! Staff was pleasant and informative. You have to ask for housekeeping services such as clean rags and towels, tissue, cleaning of bathroom. We stayed for four nights, so we should've been informed at check-in.

Very friendly and pleasant staff/people. Our air conditioner wasn't so cool, had to get maintenance to come and check.

Everything was great but the parking, the cheapest option was $40 a day Having to pay for parking, found a lot a half a mile away for $40. That was not in the description other than that it was amazing

The room could use a thorough deep clean. Under the cushions in our chair and the couch were not cleaned at all. Some of the views that they state are street are just the brick building behind the hotel with an alley between them. Staff was nice. Older hotel but charming for being in New Orleans to soak in the history.
