Bienville House

Beautiful hotel. Very convenient for walking to restaurants and bars.

We liked the room, we except that it was freezing cold at 64 degree for two days. When we first reported it, we were told that nothing could be done about it, except to request blankets. Finally when Beverly asked how we were enjoying the stay and we told her, she offered to correct the situation and put as heater in our room. Beverly is the best!

The staff in the front had an attitude every time we had a question regarding our room.

Really enjoyed our stay. Great location in the French Quarter but relatively quiet and the place was well maintained and our room was comfortable with no issues. Balcony was a peaceful place to grab a few minutes of downtime. The tiki bar attached was fantastic - excellent cocktails, friendly employees and nice decor. Only wish it was open earlier than 4 and/or later than 10.

We stayed at the Bienville House overnight . We were in town for a corporate event located in the French Quarter. The hotel was ideally located near the quarter with in walking distance to many restaurants and shops. The hotel was spotless and the rooms beautiful. Wonderful four posted bed with luxury bedding. Shower and bath facilities were stylish and well stocked. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We will certainly stay at Bienville House whenever we are in New Orleans.

Bed is very comfortable, good location

Staff phenomenal!! everything was nice and clean. Bar was excellent. The bartender was great. Balcony was nice.

The bathroom was nice and updated. The staff was exceptionally friendly. Only complaint is our shower was only stocked with conditioner when we arrived, then after it was cleaned replaced with only shampoo. Simple mistake and not a big deal, just worth noting. Upgraded to room with balcony, overlooked the courtyard/pool. The location was perfect for walking to dinners, shopping, river walk, and only a few blocks from Bourbon St. We would stay here again, thank you!

Every was great especially with climate control ac in room last time we didnt have this option 4yrs ago. Staff was very helpful and loved the tiki bar downstairs. Will stay here again and again.

Excellent experience from Check in to check out! Staff is so kind and helpful. I was only there for one night, and I will definitely return

Terrible service from the phone line to the individual staff. What a waste of money!

Bag check available. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Room was amazing. Location is perfect for NOLA activities.

Hotel is a great location. Our room was fine but had no window, which is good/bad. Bathroom was small but clean. The elevator has no ac so a short ride is fine but hope you don’t have to stay on it long.

We love it here and stay often. Love the pool and tiki bar!

We loved the location . Close to everything and in the beautiful French Quarter. The Balcony was nice over looking the courtyard.

It was a gorgeous hotel and my room was comfy, quiet, clean and the bed was unbelievable. Location was perfect to all the places you wanna walk to from food to shopping and everything in between.

Bienville house was such a nice, clean and conveniently located hotel. Will stay again!!

Everything was wonderful. Clean property and rooms. Excellent customer service. Perfect location.

This place is a true gem in a perfect spot for walking around the French quarter.

This hotel is fantastic for the price. It was so easy driving into the garage--and the front door to the hotel is right there. So easily accessible. Room was pristine--air conditioning worked great. Most of all, I don't think I have ever had as quiet a stay in a hotel--there was no noise coming from anywhere. Slept wonderfully. And a thanks to Beverly at the front desk.
