The property itself is beautiful, and the suite we were eventually settled into was spacious, comfortable, and had a wonderful atmosphere. The location in the French Quarter was excellent, and I especially enjoyed the balcony and the separate living space. Once we were finally settled, the accommodations themselves were very enjoyable. The check-in and room situation was extremely frustrating. We arrived by Amtrak around 9 PM with a confirmed reservation and were told that because we had not checked in by 4 PM, our room was not guaranteed. We then spent a substantial portion of the following day dealing with the room situation before finally being settled. The billing afterward also required significant follow-up. I had documentation showing that the destination/resort fee had already been included in my Booking.com reservation, yet the fee was charged again. The charges were eventually corrected and refunded, but the process involved confusing charges and reversals and took considerable time to resolve.

This hotel keeps trying to charge my card for various unexplained reasons. They already put extra charges on my brother’s card and hung up on him when he asked for an explanation. The only reason I gave 2 stars on the staff is because the attendant who stored my bags was extremely helpful until we had to leave on the train. Do not go to this property because they will try to fraudulently charge your card. BEWARE!!!!

Hotel was very nice, with updated rooms and bathrooms. Very clean, the balcony was great. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The room is comfortable and very clean with a large tv. Their staff were very friendly and helpful all the time. Having breakfast at it’s restaurant is a great experience since they have a healthy and fresh menu.. I recommend this hotel to anybody who enjoy resting in the middle of an energetic city.

Location was great and staff was friendly. Staff didn’t make up and refresh the bed until we asked. The lobby for the elevators has direct access to outside so the heat and humidity is in the hallway which makes it uncomfortable.

Good location if you want to stay in the French Quarter but maybe not best for families. Despite being a bed and breakfast booking we have still to resolve being charged for breakfast. Pool is very warm and quite small. A few extras such as the $30 per night tourist tax and $55 per night valet charge. Had a Las Vegas hotel feel to it.

All of the staff was supper friendly and helpful. We loved the pool and had it to ourselves most of time. The gym was amazing too!

Lovely and very clean little hotel with great bar and restaurant on site, friendly and helpful staff, modern and well furnished rooms, and great location central to everything in the French Quarter.

Exceptional

The staff was very kind and always was there when i needed anything! The rooms were so clean and tidy and the decor was very clean dark artsy vibe. The pool at night was the most relaxing thing ever i had an amazing stay will come again!!!

Overall , was happy with my stay.

Location was great We were charged for wifi we were charged for breakfast but our booking.com rate included breakfast - still trying to get a refund from the hotel but with no luck!!!!
