Overall , was happy with my stay.
-
we were charged for breakfast but our booking.com rate included breakfast - still trying to get a refund from the hotel but with no luck!!!!
-
The location was perfect because it was within walking distance of so many main areas in the city. Also, the staff were very helpful and friendly in terms of service. I can’t think of anything I didn’t like about the hotel and experience.
-
Location was great with cute courtyard and pool away from bourbon street craziness. Reception staff appalling. Requested late check out, which took them 48 hours to refuse, despite hotel being far from full. Oddly the reception staff blamed cleaning staff. Multiple incorrect bills presented at check out. Having finally agreed the correct amount and paid, they then deducted an additional amount from my card 2 weeks later. Still trying get a refund.

Room was clean and comfortable and the lighting was incredible. Location!!! Best location… close enough to walk to everything!!! Absolutely perfect!! Only down was the balcony was solid concrete and had to stand to see over it… other than that room was perfect. We didn’t partake in the pool but it looked nice as was the comfortable outdoor area… the tour credit and food and beverage credits were nice. The room fridge was full and didn’t leave much room for anything else… the snacks and drinks were a little overpriced but not too bad… overall a great place to stay. While you pay the extra for the cleanliness and location I think it was worth it

Very nice and in a great location! The restaurant on site was delicious and had wonderful staff.
-
On site valet parking with a turn in off the street is great. Courtyard area is very nice. The restaurant and bar area are very nice. The staff was great. The room and bathroom were small. The room is very poorly lit.

No complaints other than stiff charge for unused "incidentals" that remain too long on one's credit card and take up space in the fridge and on the countertop. (This is a Marriott policy that needs to be reexamined.) Staff members were friendly and helpful and very accommodating to our requests. Great location in the quarter with a beautiful, restful courtyard and lovely pool. If morning coffee is important to you, be aware that in-room coffee makers are expresso machines and not the type that makes a full cup of coffee!
-
Super close to everything in the French quarter! Staff was friendly! Great little perks like happy hours and lovely courtyard! I wish I knew about the destination fee of $35/night before booking.

Great place and great friendly staff
-
Close to everything. Pool could be cleaner. Very posh
-
Staff was amazing. Room excellent…could use more towel racks. Restaurant, not very good service and food really overpriced for quality and quantity. Could be great as setting is very nice. Pool was good, courtyard really relaxing. Highly recommend…just not bar or restaurant.
-
Great area, walking distance to evrthing and not too loud at night.
-
perks and restaurant offerings were worth staying around. The courtyard is an inviting escape from street life when needed. Our only, but significant, problem was room location! We were wedged into room between the fitness gym and hallway staircase so plenty of thumping, pounding and banging from both directions especially in early AM. Not conducive to a restful experience! Noise became progressively worse each day or we would have asked for room change.

Good!
-
AC works very well. Water hot. Water bottle filling station. Balcony was amazing.
-
Great rooms and location. The restaurant was a bit understaffed for breakfast but the hotel was full due to the ongoing festival.
