Omni Royal Orleans Hotel

Was all great. Minus the construction noise first thing in the morning.

Perfect location in the French Quarter. Beautifully appointed rooms. Staff incredibly helpful from the beginning, but especially when we decided to extend our stay by one night. Run, don’t walk to stay in this hotel.

Exceptional

Excellent property and great service from everyone

Beautiful hotel in the perfect location for exploring the Quarter. New pool area is gorgeous. The staff were courteous and very helpful. Would stay again.

Nice

My first time staying at the omni royal beautiful hotel, located in the French quarter. I have nothing bad to say about the hotel or the staff that would be my go too. The next time I go to New Orleans.

Hotel is in the midst of a well needed renovation Unrenovated room, quite tired

Great location on Royal. Pool on roof is nice place to hang out. service was good

The convenient location It did not match the pictures on the website. It’s very old and dated.

The pool on the roof top bar areas are beautiful to have a gathering. The bellboys are fantastic they help u with luggage or cabs. I had the room with the private garden another beautiful area for a gathering. I didn't give it 5 starts because I left a clothing item inside the bed I forgot to take it out I'm assuming when they changed the sheets they just wrapped everything n took everything.I spoke to front desk and they said they would ask housekeeping afterwards received only a message stating we didn't find ur clothing item and that was it. It's upsetting that I paid 1100 for a garden room and there's nothing we can do wow !! Never again will I stay here!

Great hotel and great location in the middle of the French Quarter.

Roof top bar tender also was attentive and friendly (Spencer )

The Omni Royal is a beautiful, stately hotel in the heart of the French Quarter. The public areas are simply gorgeous. The staff was amazing, very friendly, and welcoming. They went out of their way to take care of guests and make them feel special. The lighting in our room was a problem. There were three lamps plus’s and overhead light by the entry that operated on a switch. Only one lamp had an on off switch which did not work well, a second lamp required one to unscrew the light bulb to turn it off, and the third lamp did not seem to have way to turn it on at all. We carefully searched the walls, cords and floors to ascertain that we were not missing something. We were not. One extension cord powered lamps on both sides of the bed plus the clock. We chalked it up to staying in a historic property.

Overall an amazing experience will definitely recommend and I will definitely stay again

Omini is so incredibly beautiful and directly in French Quarter our favorite place to stay when we come to town.

Everything at the army was wonderful. It only issue we had was the shower kept dripping water all night but we closed the bathroom door. Other than that staff was excellent Loan service.
