Four Points By Sheraton French Quarter

Hotel was dirty and the toilet in room did not work. Only plus to hotel was its location. Courtyard room was quiet re Burbon Street noise. I would not stay here again.

The hotel provides ear plugs on the night stand. I would definitely recommend this hotel

Balcony right off Bourbon St. was absolutely amazing. They offer ear plugs and eye masks for sleeping but we had no problem with the noise. Even being there on a Saturday night, during a festival. Would definitely stay here again and absolutely recommend!!

The first time I booked four points by Sheraton in New Orleans. It was a short trip but a great trip. The hotel was very clean. The staff was very friendly and accommodating great central location if you’re looking to stay in New Orleans in the heart of the French Quarter I highly recommend The Four Points by Sheraton.

The only issue we had was the ac would not get colder than 73°. But the staff did everything they could, including getting us a fan, and offered us another room.

Convenient Noisy noisy mornings so if you want to sleep in don’t stay there garbage trucks street sweepers etc lots of noise

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with plenty of room to relax. The swimming pool was nice, perfect temp, had plenty of lounge chairs and was well maintained, making it a great place to unwind. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Breakfast was excellent, with a variety of delicious options. We also enjoyed the bar, which had excellent drinks. The location was perfect—close to everything we wanted to see and do. We walked everywhere - no need for taxi/Uber (except to/from airport). We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Balcony was the BEST experience! The staff are sooooo friendly and we definitely felt the southern hospitality! People complain about noise, but we did great listening to our rain sounds on our phone... slept like a BABY!

Room was small but other then that it was okay .

If you want the Bourbon Street experience, with easy walking everywhere, this is the place.

If you can get a balcony room, grab it because there is not a community balcony that is available. If you can not get a balcony room, get a pool view room because the noise from bourbon st is loud. Bring a pillow, the hotel pillows are flat with zero support. Bring a case of water with you.
