Staff needs training. You should not approach guest entering the hotel lobby and demand to see there room key for identification purposes as being registered at that hotel. Do better Marriott.

Loved the balcony on Bourbon Street!!!

We had a balcony room that looked over Bourbon St. We weren't fans of Bourbon St. But our the hotel was wonderful! Clean bathroom and sheets. The breakfast was the best we had our entire stay. Beautiful pool area. Hotel was extremely nice. We walked everywhere. Definitely got some miles in. We enjoyed our stay!

We really needed a late checkout, just 2 extra hours. It would’ve helped us a great deal. After a lot of requests they gave us an extra hour. However there was a man at the front desk who was extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. We didn’t catch his name. But employees like him give a bad name to the other's. The female staff were great. Rest of the staff was fine as well.

One word. That word is perfect. The location, cleanliness, staff, pool, soundproofing. Everything was absolutely excellent

Everyone from Elijah in valet , to the front desk, Lynnette at the bar. were all accommodating. very helpful , polite and all around awesome ! Room was clean, comfortable bed. Would stay here again, if Bourbon St. was our destination,

Loved the balcony. Clean room. Wish there was a microwave in room to warm leftovers.

I liked that it was right off of bourbon. So most things were within walking distance. I do think since I stayed at the hotel the parking should have been included or maybe at a discounted price. But I get it.

Our room we found old food by the bed, a box under the chair and numerous things were behind the ‘tv stand’ obviously left by previous guests , yuk! We loved the location but some might feel it to be noisy as right in the action of Bourbon street with constant traffic by the side rooms on Toulouse street
