Dauphine Orleans Hotel

Great staff finding me a ride back to the airport. My tv didn’t work and wasn’t fixed

This hotel was so nice and very clean. The Valet parking was a very nice touch and the pool was so clean and very refreshing. 10/10 stay!

My sister and I had such a pleasant stay here. The staff were super friendly upon checking in. Rooms are very clean and there’s very minimal noise. Complimentary light breakfast was perfect each morning. The location is great as well. Just a block away from Bourbon and on the outskirt of the French quarter, walking anywhere is a breeze. Parking in Nola was a concern of ours but the valet is well worth it.

The hotel property was beautiful! The staff was so friendly and helpful, and the valet parking offered peace of mind. The location is in walking distance to everything The French quarter has to offer! Highly recommend!

The cleanliness of the room could have been better.

My girlfriend and I had a great time at Dauphine. It is a great boutique hotel with charm. The location was perfect for us to walk to Bourbon Street and through the French Quarter.

It was hot in the room and i was sweating worst experience i should be refunded 😢

We did not have AC our first night. Had to move our rooms three separate times before we were provided an upgraded room. No compensation was made. Breakfast was to be provided, which we were given muffins, yogurt, some fruit and juice. If we wanted eggs, sausage, bacon or pancakes we were to pay extra. Staff including valet was always nice. Best part about the property.

We were able to get into our room early and get the fun started. It's in a great location in reference to bourbon street. We discovered our room wasn't cooling properly and the staff attempted to improve it with a fan. This didn't work so Kori quickly switched us to a different room that was much cooler. There was no discussion just moved us so that we could be as comfortable as possible. Great customer service, the parking staff was also extremely pleasant and helpful

Great hotel for a weekend trip to the French Quarter. My kids loved the pool.

We had a great time staying at the Daulphine and will definitely be back. We stayed in the Premium and Superior Carriage House. The rooms were very cool and extremely convenient. I’ve been to New Orleans many times and this by far was my favorite place to stay.

The staffwere very friendly and extremely accommodating. The tv didn’t work and there were some old nails sticking up through the carpet where the carpet meets the bathroom. It was actually fairly quiet despite how close to bourbon street the hotel is.

The room had roaches and my car was hit in the valet parking garbage

Location of this hotel is amazing, the staff was amazing, the only drawback I have to giving them a 5 star review is that everything is super old and needs some renovations. The elevator feels like it’s going to break down every time you ride in it, and we actually had to be moved to a new room because our AC stopped working. However, the friendliness of the staff more than made up for their shortcomings. They were so accommodating, sweet and helpful. I would stay here again and just pray that my AC works the first time, lol.
