The room was clean and air conditioning worked awesomely! Nice and cool from the heat of New Orleans. Having breakfast close by that was fast and tasty was fantastic.

A quit place to land in the middle of chaos.

Great location

The staff was great. Only part that was tough was the transformer blew up right in front of the hotel and we didn’t have electricity for a cool 8 hours. Staff was helpful, walked me to my room. We didn’t receive any special amenities or discount for the disturbance. Otherwise, the hotel was a great location. No extra thrills but you know it was poppin back in the day. Historical boutique style. A hop, skip, and a jump from bourbon. Lot of homeless crackheads walking around as well but they have police/guards at every blockade. Feels very safe despite the chaos you see. Also you can’t hear anything from bourbon which is nice too. No loud disturbances.

We had book a king deluxe room, apparently it behind the hotel property, had to bring luggage up three floors because there is no elevator back there. The bellman that showed it to us did not offer to help, just pointed in the direction we had to go. A/C not able to keep up and Dead bug on the bed by the pillow, hiked back downstairs only room left was a queen room which was literally a closet. Room stayed cool but I think because it was less than 100sq feet. Definitely not worth it. Also no refund or comp considering we downgraded to the smaller room.

We only stayed for one night on our way to Biloxi, MS. This hotel was referred to us by a firmed. We loved the location of this hotel. Walking distance to lots of restaurants and shopping. Our room was pretty showed some signs of wear and tear but overall very clean. We had 2 rooms reserved and both of them were so HOT! I don’t think the ACs in either room were properly and it got so hot at night. We wanted to prop our doors open bc it was so much cooler in the hallway. Then we went to breakfast and when we got back one of the cards to one room had stopped working and we couldn’t get into our room. Both of the guys we dealt with for valet were very helpful and nice. June at front desk was helpful and knowledgeable about the area and where we should eat. Overall the experience good but it was so hot!

I would 100% never stay at the property again.
-
Not sure if they clean rooms every day. Not convenient to use stairs to go between floors unless you are right near them, and neither ends up near the lobby.
-
Beautiful, clean hotel
-
Not a bad location for the French Quarter. The area is not my normal cup of tea but it has walkable restaurants and entertainment
-
Everything was perfect, the shower pressure is a little strong but nothing too crazy. Staff was very helpful and always super nice! Would definitely be back again!
-
Nice staff, great location, clean cool room.
