No hot water on our last day. Very nice staff. Clean and convenient.

Bed was soft, mattresses needed replacing, water pressure in shower wasn’t the best. Location is great and pool is awesome.

We were able to take advantage of the locale and walk into the French Quarter. The hotel was super impressive, especially for the price! We will definitely be back for another stay.

House keeping. Everyday I had to ask for my room to be cleaned.

They need to disclose all of the fees associated with charging items to the room and the $25 destination fee and a supposed $15 credit you get a day. So they say that then you assume to charge things to your room and then they tack on all these little fees on top of a destination fee plus the items you charged to the room. Even if I tipped the people helping me such as the bartender or the person at the pool they stil add an additional gratuity on top of the fees. Just be aware

Clean but tue sheets even when looks cleaned smell bad, many noise in the room (AC and somethingelse what I don't know). Attendance are very good. The hotel on my opinion need maintenance for the price we paid for. Location is great if you want to be in the party but be aware because is noisy at night

Beautiful hotel convenient to Bourbon Street. Room was comfortable and clean. Courtyard pool was relaxing and had a friendly bar for refreshing drinks.

Wonderful hotel!

Our check in was a nightmare. We had 2 rooms for two nights. The couple that was meeting there had their flight cancelled due to weather and wouldn't be in until the next day. They didn't offer any refund, discount, or complimentary services.

We stayed in the balcony room facing side street. Didn't get any rest whatsoever! Music till 2am them street cleaners and maintenance crew until daylight

We got a lot of credits to spend on food which was great! Clean and quiet room and the staff were amazing! Extremely helpful and kind.

Tajmai was an amazing help with our stay. From the welcoming as soon as we walked in from the time we checked out… She also upgraded our room with no problems with an amazing view and next to the pool. I will definitely be booking another trip to New Orleans at the Royal Sonesta.

Staff and accommodations were outstanding; we had some remodeling going on, but that stuff happens. Rooms were easy to maintain at a comfortable temperature.
