I loved everything about my stay.

We had an issue on Saturday night and the hotel had to be evacuated around 11pm. We were asked to exit out into the French quarter with 2 kids and no where to go. Around midnight, the power went out in the French quarter which caused panic to sit in for the kids. We were allowed back I tomorrow hotel room without power around 1am, and power remained off until around 4am. No explanation from hotel staff and we had to follow along to the issue via internet. I feel we should be comped someone for the night.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Felt very welcomed. However, not having access to a microwave was inconvenient
-
The pool was a disappointment!
-
No power on July 4th. No AC in a 100 degree room. No back up generator?

The staff was very helpful and pleasant

The location was perfect, especially for first time visitors to NOLA. Everything was walkable and being able to sit on the balcony to rest was refreshing.

Don't choose a Bourbon Street balcony if you don't want to hear loud music late into the night. There are clubs directed across the street the street and lots of people hang in the street making more noise. Otherwise the location is perfect for walking Bourbon Street or a short walk to Jackson Square and the Mississippi River. Love the Jazz Club, coffee shop nd restaurant on site

Great property.

Pool was nice but had too much chlorine. Shower head leaked everywhere and only room service option was a $50 subpar pizza :(
-
Room clean and great location near all the fun! You won't regret this location

Clean facility, friendly staff. If you want a quiet stay and access to the pool, go on a weekday. If you choose a room that is not on the Bourbon Street side, it is pretty quiet, especially on weekdays. Summer weekends are very busy and extremely loud-no room at the pool and the hotel played very loud, booming music all day on the weekends until dusk. We chose those days to visit the WW2 museum, so we were able to avoid the crowd. The Bourbon Street side of the hotel is currently across the street from several “gentlemen’s clubs” and on weekends, loud music is played during the day and until 4 am. The hotel staff were very kind and able to move us to a room on the opposite side of the hotel so our stay was pleasant.

Hotel was very clean and nice. Staff was wonderful. Hotel location is perfect for what we went for. The pool closes at dusk which I wished it would had stayed open later for a little night swimming. But it was still a great time. Room was very clean and bed was so comfy. Definitely will be staying at this hotel on our next trip to Nola!
