Next morning the reception was fully unaware of the "out of order ac" story. So it turned out that the room that we reserved was given to someone else. So the reception manager from previous night lied to us. Anyway on that dat day we got the room that we supposedly booked, corner executive room that be more than 700 sq ft. It was WAY to small than that. The balcony was not looking to the street as they advertised but was looking to roofs of other buildings. So terrible look. We stayed that day and cancel the stay at that hotel and booked another hotel in the area and moved out. Very disappointed. It is always better to tell the truth, but they lied and then tried to fix it, but it was not acceptable. Anyway, will not recommend the hotel

Great location for accessing bars and restaurants in the French quarter. But a bit worn and tired looking and also quite noisy if your room is on the outside. It’s basic. No real lobby for sitting. It’s not the place it used to be. Needs an upgrade maybe? Not good value for money either. Staff were nice.

It is a beautiful property, very clean. We choose that hotel for their beautiful Courtyard and a pool. When we arrived, we found out that both pool and the courtyard is under construction. It was very disappointing.

Staff and hotel are completely stunning. The rooms are a little outdated but clean. The entire hotel was nice you definitely get that wow factor when you walk in. Not so much when you walk into your room but again clean which I appreciate tremendously. Best of all the air conditioning was at a perfect and consistent temp thought out my stay.

Pool was out of commission. Thank goodness for hotel montguiue who allowed us to use their pool. I wish i had known in advance not at check in

This was right on Bourbon street so your close within walking distance for most everything. The balcony was fun to be able to see the action on Bourbon street but be prepared for the very, very loud music until 2am. First appearances were upscale. The room was spacious with the balcony, which was dirty (wear shoes) However, after walking on the carpet in our room our feet were black, the toilet paper holder was falling off the wall, the streaming on the tv didn’t work. Housekeeping didn’t clean the sink or tub and didn’t vacuum when they came in.

Always a good time. Clean property. Helpful staff especially the bellhop. I did ask for a side balcony on bourbon but got a side balcony on the other side. Other than that it was a good. I was able to use my credit for food. The hotel had 5 restaurants to choose from.
